TIP issues can be very stressful. Glad it all worked out for you. And you are totally right, being nice helps a lot in Mexico.
Kindness is KEY!
Snow is falling in Vermont, and you all are putting out Videos from Mexico! Count me in!!!!
Enjoy the snow! and the Vermont maple syrup 🤤
@@sailingavocet - counting the days to launch the boat
Fortunately when I bought my boat I was told that it had an outstanding TIP. I hired an attorney in San Diego that specialized in removing them and for "only" $500 it was removed before I sailed to Mexico. You were VERY lucky to have been able to work it out once in Mexico! Have a great time in Mexico, I spent 2 1/2 years there before sailing to the South Pacific but I returned to Mexico after 1 1/2 years in the S Pacific and am happy to be living in Mexico again! BTW The Marina Coral people are great but it is getting expensive there. Ben S/V DAWN
VERY VERY fortunate to have everything worked out here! Where are you now? We are in Isla Coronados currently
I am in Marina Coral. I will drop by the office and tell Fa----la that she is famous on YT!@@sailingavocet

I have to say, I love the plant in the basket on deck:) Haven't seen that before!

Found my way here via your article in Moss Motoring. As I’m a sucker for British cars and sailing you’ve grabbed my interest!
Ah! Thank you so much for reading AND following it to here! We hope to keep your interest with upcoming projects, sailing adventures and more. Cheers!

Thank you!
Watching you from Sainte-Adèle , Québec Province, its minus 20c , i am jealous grrrrrr... enjoy watching you guys
Stay warm up there with some Timmy ho’s!
It’s cold in Annapolis. Maybe 15 to 20 degrees. I was crossing the shipping channel to Baltimore. Container ship three little lights . Ridiculous , definitely used radar from then on at night . He blew his horn and I spun around behind him . It wasn’t to close . But
Buuuurgh!
Welcome to Mexico! Do you use INAV X for navigation? It's what we use. Be safe and thank for sharing!
Hi there! We’ve been here for about a year now :) up in Puerto Peñasco - we use Navionics for navigation
Boy, does Ensenada look different since I was there last. Did you go to or see Husong's Cantina? Please let me know. It was 1967, and three of my friends and I went down to surf from LA and ended up at Husongs. Let me know if you did and I'll tell you the rest of the story. It was hilarious and scary at the same time. It included the Federalies.
Ahoy! Yes, it changed since I had seen it last as well. We did not see Housings Cantina... where was it located? Regardless... sounds like one hell of a story ;) Glad you lived to tell the tale!
@@sailingavocet I was 1967. We went down in my '65 VW Bus. I was just standing there having a beer when all of a sudden, the girls from the University of San Diego jumped up on the bar and started dancing topless. It was quite a show. Then the police arrived and started cleaning house. I jumped through an open window on the side of the building, walked over to a street vendor, and ordered a couple of tacos. While I stood there innocently, I saw my buddies running down the street. What a night. LOL. Keep having fun guys.
@@leehoffman3604 Ha! Cheers buddy, to a lifetime of memories
Had a similar issue (didn't have the right Visa) - they actually made me leave MX - cross border and come right back across the border (hahaha) // good luck. I am in Puerto Escondido - feel free to say hello if you make it up Sea of Cortez towards Loreto (SV Xplorer)
My brother (SV Prism) had to do the same thing back in 2014!
We are in Puerto Peñasco now, heading your way on Tuesday :)
Excellent - the Puerto Escondido staff and the Marina have been amazing so far. Maybe we will get to see you all - safe travels! @@sailingavocet
Do your boat buddies have a UA-cam channel??
They do not
you got an allergic reaction?
Yep I’m allergic to stress and I break out and lose my hair
Is that Seinfeld at at 2:40 ??
You are the one responsible for my night watch habits 😂 Seinfeld, audiobooks, music, podcasts… all Kris influenced lol thanks friend 🥰
FYI. You need to know that thumb nails need to be part of our from the video. If not m it's called click bait.
We don’t video everything. That photo was taken of us sailing into Ensenada and featured in our blog (which we are more known for) www.svavocet.com …. But to your point …. You still clicked on it
Haha, bikini thumbnail clickbait.... I knew it!
At least it’s a photo from our arrival to Ensenada 😆 can’t film it all you know? :) thanks for watching!
more swimsuit action, please
I'll bust out my speedo - Chris
These sailing channels are played out. Theres like a million of them now.
No one asked you to be here thanks for leaving a comment though 🤙 loving that engagement
Be glad you’re not a cursed sailor. It never stops calling your name . What they just did was really hard . Go get a boat like that and make it happen. Then you will respect what you just watched . Put all the videos together it becomes an odyssey you will never forget .
