ASSASSIN SNAIL "Clea helena" (Species Spotlight)

In today's video I'll cover everything you need to know about one of the most favourite snails in the Aquarium Hobby - Assassin Snail. This snail is well known for its ability to kill and eat other species of freshwater pest snails like for example Ramshorn, Pond or Malasian Trumpet Snails. In this video you will be able to find the care guide to keep this snail, but also close-ups to how it hunts its prey and why it got its nickname of an Aquarium "Assassin".

These are awesome snails- I’m breeding them now- once they’re out of actual snails to eat, bloodworm (probably black worm too, if you can get it) goes down very well…

If it’s a much bigger snail, assassins will gang- up on them.
There is no escape…
Having said that, I have one assassin and one Nerite in my 5gallon and they coexist peacefully…

This shit easy to breed. aquarium with 0.5 cm mulm. i have 8 adult now i have atleast 16 tiny assasin snail. n No egg eater fish allowed
