Stick to the fundamentals! More and more I see people teaching wrestling online who don’t have a wrestling background and teach bad habits. You can’t hold onto someone’s strong leg with 4 fingers. Once you let go, most of the time that leg is gone.
Stick to the fundamentals that you will learn from good wrestlers and you will have much more success.
