- Tsunami warnings are in place across the Pacific after an underwater volcano eruption caused tidal waves to hit Tonga.
Satellite images captured the eruption which was followed by a huge plume of ash, steam and gas.
Tsunami Already moving in to my poor lil country Tonga 🇹🇴yesterday evening . Haven’t heard from anybody as service completely black out. My thoughts and prayers to all my dear brothers and sisters back in the island 🙏😢.

That's incorrect. Volcanism is a major climate driver. Recorded human history is a mere sliver of geologic time. Major volcanic eruptions have caused cooling periods and ice ages which lasted for hundreds if not a thousand years depending upon the size of the eruption.

Closed all east coast beaches here in Australia, it's been well over 12 hours when the volcano blew so if there was a big wave coming it would of been here by now.
The tsunami has already hit Santa Cruz California, should have reached Australia by now.

Fewer flights around the globe reduced the amount of crap the planes leave in sky. This resulted in noticeable increase in the amount of ultraviolet light reaching the surface. So, in a way, pandemic responses led to global warming, lol.

Its quite sad considering that the populous island provinces of Tongatapu and Ha'apai are low-lying, flat, and swampy, so the waves are expected to have dealt quite a lot of damage.
All satellite and cable connections are down, and the last time contact was made, it was reported that the miasma of sulphur permeated the air while volcanic pebbles, rocks, and ash were raining down, and the sunlight was totally blocked off in some parts by the thick clouds of ash and smoke.
It's basically a Silent Hill style nightmare in Tonga at the moment, just without the monsters.

I had a dream a few months ago. I was suspended in the air looking down at the earth. I could see the entire continents of North America, Central America, and South America. I saw the origin of a mega tsunami break loose in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, and it split into 3 mega tsunamis, all heading east...each several hundred miles long, MASSIVE. One was heading for the West Coast of North America, the middle tsunami heading for Central America, and the 3rd heading towards South America

Lord 2021 was horrible for volcanos and looks like 2022 isn't any better. I don't know how people survive losing everything from these tsunamis. I can't believe how many volcanoes have erupted and left major damage to land and homes. My prayers go out to all these people in hoping they get help for their families in finding shelter and food. With covid cases so high this couldn't have happened at the worst time. I wish I had the money to help all these people rebuild but in a safer place. Living near volcanoes like this is a guessing game to when it may have a dangerous eruption like this and cause tsunamis which kill thousands of people and animals.
