Watching Elvis' performance here, it is hard to believe how nervous he was before he walked out on to that little stage, in the midst of his first live audience since 1961. It took a lot of effort on Steve Binder's part to get Elvis to go out, and you can see at the very beginning how nervous he was - notice his hand shaking when he reaches for the microphone. That applause he heard was all it took to reassure him that he still had "it," and there was still an appetite for it.
Hello from England. That is what made Elvis unique. He just had that EXTRA SOMETHING. A stage presence like no other. My God...he was perfect!!❤️❤️❤️😎
Король жил, король живёт, король жив! Элвис навсегда в наших сердцах 🇰🇿🇰🇿🇰🇿
He was the perfect specimen of a man,,most gorgeous man on Earth to me.What made him that way is his closeness to God and his beautiful soul filled with kindness. He was human,,but God knew what he was up to.This man did more for humanity than any one. He made most of the world feel good. The best part, he didn't sway from loving Jesus, and never forgot where he came from.
Hello Sharon
How are you doing?
What are personality,I see my reflection anytime I think of Medley, noting will separate me from the love of God.
Yeah you're right Elvis is a great singer and he will forever be missed, so tell me how long have you been an Elvis fan?????
Watching Elvis' performance here, it is hard to believe how nervous he was before he walked out on to that little stage, in the midst of his first live audience since 1961. It took a lot of effort on Steve Binder's part to get Elvis to go out, and you can see at the very beginning how nervous he was - notice his hand shaking when he reaches for the microphone. That applause he heard was all it took to reassure him that he still had "it," and there was still an appetite for it.
Hello from England. That is what made Elvis unique. He just had that EXTRA SOMETHING. A stage presence like no other. I was only a child in the 60's and its sad he never got to come to Britain back then. He had so many fans here i am sure he would have enjoyed himself. Sell out at the old Wembley. I am so happy that we get to look at him through good people that post all of this stuff.
I would think that there is so much more stuff out there yet to be posted.
Keep safe
Exactly, I just paid attention on that too.
Interesting perspective on Elvis's performance. Great insight!!
The shaking hand - nicely observed. I retrospectively feel for him!
Imagine being that nervous and still belt out a performance like this. Elvis really was the real deal
I've known the name Elvis Presley my whole life yet his music never appealed to me because i was hyperfocussed on my own musical heroes. But recently a friend of mine put on this live video of EP, and ever since that moment an obsession has been growing inside of me. This man must be the greatest entertainer that ever lived. His voice combined with his attitude and body language is just so overwhelming to me that i'm crying like a 5 year old. I've never felt so amazed watching a singer. My god, attending one of his live shows must have been life altering. I feel extremely humbled watching him. I'm beyond words. And this is coming from somebody who's been playing music for 20 years on both guitar and piano.
I think you became musically gay...
@@xch121 🙄🙃🤩😅🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣💣💥💥💥
I know the feeling, I was a very naive and shy 14 years old when I saw GI Blues at the pictures, love at first sight.
You never lose those feelings about a man who was beautiful inside and out, that was 60 years ago, I'm now 74 and feel the same way now as I did then.
LONG LIVE THE KING ❤
@@jennywren7822 Greetings from a fellow Elvis lover! In my case, I was 10 when I first saw him in his first Ed Sullivan appearance in 1956. I fell in love right then and have remained in love with Elvis to this day and I am now 76 years old! I will love him to my dying day!
Its happened to countless millions of fans before you - welcome to the family- i had known of elvis since a small child but in high when i was 16 i began exploring his music and life in depth and every time i listen to his music or watch him perform its like being 16 again and falling in love with him all over again

I’m glad I watched the the Elvis movie, I’m 35 yr old black male and I always thought Elvis “stole” our music in actuality he just was heavy influenced by it and actually grew up around it. He was the shit!!
1:57 A stage hand comes to retrieve the guitar from the stage and the king of rock and roll, Elvis Presley, in the middle of a performance, politely hands it to him. He was a legend (and a nice guy).
Yyyyaaaeee so nice
What a gorgeous man?!?
Yeah I noticed that too..and thought how nice! Or he’s was scared the fans will steal it lol
He had impeccable manners. The manner in which he treated his parents is proof of how respectfully he treated others.
His last movie's director( Change of Habit) said that Elvis Presley was the nicest man he has ever met.
I had never seen a man like Elvis was , my God he was very handsome !!! Nobody like you Elvis 👑👑👑👑👑
