    My wire coming from the base of the handle bars is stuck and will not pull forward making it impossible to connect it to the next connector.

    I followed all the steps, but when i plug the bike in i get a black screen and can't do anything. i even disconnected the cabels and checked everything and everything seems normal. any solutions to this? thanks in advance! kind regards

      I'm glad all your wires seem intact. I'll make an assumption about your model here but, make sure the power cord is plugged in tightly to the power supply. there should e an LED indicating that the power supply is working.

      @@FitnessEquipmentHelp thanks for your reply. When i plug the adapter in there is a green light on the adapter and when i pul the adapter out the green light stays on for a few minutes, i even tried an other adapter and it still didn’t work. What could the problem be?

      @@Dominovici make sure you only use the adapter that is rated for the voltage of your bike or you can damage your bike electronics. The green light should be on the included adapter anytime it is plugged into the wall outlet whether or not you have it plugged into the bike. if the light is going out when it's not in the bike you may have an problem with the adapter. If the wires are intact the only other component would be the console. is the green light on the adapter solid when plugged into the bike? I'm pretty certain most of these bikes do not have a power switch but double check to make sure yours does not. If it does have a power switch near where the adapter plugs into the bike make sure it is in the on position.

      @@FitnessEquipmentHelp yes the adapter is turning green when i plug it in, so its not the problem of the adapter i think. After trying again and again the screen stays black..

    where can i find the activation code for my bike??

    • @FitnessEquipmentHelp
      @FitnessEquipmentHelp  Рік тому

      There is not any activation code that you need. There are 2 ways to "activate" the console: 1. Follow the instructions to claim you included 30 iFIT membership and connect your smart device to the bike and it will activate. If you do not have a smart device or WIFI or do not wish to use your included membership you can simply press and hold the iFIT sync button for about 15-30 seconds. It's the same button that gives you the Bluetooth pair code. (If you have a treadmill make sure the magnetic safety key is on the console or it will not "activate")

    I have problem with Proform HIIT trainer, with parts CRANK & EXCHANGE AXLE.
    The bearing rubs the axle. How to avoid it?

      It looks like the bearing is no longer turning with the axle. That is why you have the rubbing witness lines. this should be resolved by replacing the bearings.

      @@FitnessEquipmentHelp I have changed the bearings several times, they are in good condition. I even used LOCTITE 641. But after about 200-300 hours of use, the problem reappears.
