Really helpful explanation! Is there any reason why the True North angle is negative when it is clockwise relative to Project North?

My guess is that is based on where true north was when you started the project and which direction you moved it or project north. Thankfully it all means the same whether it’s positive or negative.

so is the front of your house always true north and your project North you turn house to be straight to face the front of your property erf which then is North

Where can I get the north arrow where I can add degrees to true north and project north?

All I did is to make a detail model family and used filled regions to create the north arrow, nothing all that fancy.

Firstly thank you for the video.
    Question 1
How survey point relates to the positioning?
    Question 2
If I started the project with no survey plan and wish to move whole lot to the right position with new information available how to do that not getting any issues? (Q3) Am I right to say that I need to assign new sheet views?

By default the survey point is at 0,0,0 but that will want to change based on a survey you receive so that your elevation points read correctly when referencing the survey point.
I would use the relocate building tool which will allow you to move everything vertically without actually moving your model. This will alter your survey point.
For new sheets, you just need to make a new sheet, choose the template and then drag a view to the sheet and you are good.
