Aight I'll be real. I really hope my next series becomes a Webtoon Original because right now, I'm at a place in my life where I just need a job that I'm actually passionate about. I'm not worried about the workload. I've very passionate about this. I know I can do it. I've learned a lot from putting up my first series on Canvas and I plan to release my second series this year. Becoming an Originals creator is really going to help me a lot. I really need this.
Honestly, I feel like I should re-release my series because I’ve learned so much from Webtoon as well and hoping to become a Webtoon original. I hope we both can get a shot at becoming originals and that things work out. What’s the name of your series? I’d like to check it out.

This is so amazing to watch. I never thought of the canvas platform as an actual pitch. Thank you for doing this Ms.Eunice such useful information. The only thing is now I’m thinking I will end up doing the PowerPoint and word doc options because they both have their advances. I download all the creator resources including the character work sheets and I am in the middle of planning my story and designs. I will also make sure to create a Pitch Bible just incase.😁 My only question is in the pitch you said to include panels from the story, do you mean like from future chapters that you have not released yet or examples from your newest chapter or promos?

Hello everyone! I have a question after seeing grave weaver and her editor's video here on webtoons channel from a few years ago. Is there a way to know if the person emailing is (in case they will ofc) an actual editor from webtoon and not someone else with bad intentions, like stealing the plot/ idea etc...?
I am horrible at pitching. I understand the marketing and having audience in mind, but I lack the ability to get my idea across in a simple and captivating way while in "the pitch room" lol. Thank you for making this!

Well, how to actually pitch my story to you guys. I mean I understand that posting on canvas is an option, but how can I pitch my series to you guys directly? Is mailing an option?
well webtoon doesn't take pitching series from creators. they email you first and ask for you to pitch by email. they reach out to you if they're interested in your series.
