I tend to plan it all out, but then don’t follow it and work more in the moment and end up doing what I “feel” like at that time, or go way over the time slot when I actually get in the flow. I know you mentioned this is good at times, but I end up not doing what I need to be doing lol!

Planning to do another session next week. I’ve tried so many different workflow planning softwares and this one is hands down the most intuitive I’ve tried. Thank you for this suggestion!!

"creates a framework...." ... that is a great advice ... especially when you have kids and get into the hamsterwheel to have "enough time" for every part of your life you literally see where your time goes (and how much your familiy gets ot of that)
