Ha, yer Rob, I am crazy keen for my fishing, one of the reasons I live where I live. I am taking the 109 up to the mountains in April for a week chasing trouts and adventures, should be a good episode . Stu and the Dangar boys came down last week for a few days of mischief, a bit of that in next weeks video :-)

Yer Mark, the switch was flicked and it's beautiful autumn weather, my favorite time of the year. Barker is going really well, she is such good company and pretty well behaved for a 11 month old pup.

Ha, yes my mother used to drag me to auctions too (we could not afford 'new' furniture) it created a habit of a life time, such a nice day out though, even if you buy nothing :-)
I agree that the series 1 went for what would be expected - not cheap but not overpriced either. Like you my heart skipped a beat when I saw those tail lights in the box - then dropped down a notch when you turned them over - I have to buy pork pies for my series 1 at some stage and I am not looking forward to the experience and neither is my wallet. I had a chance last year to get a 57 109, but common sense prevailed as I already have enough junk and cars lying around my suburban block in Canberra.
Yer, a box full of NOS pork pie lights would be the unicorn find of the decade :-) I fortunately picked up a decent set in my South Australian haul a few weeks back, they certainly have become super hard to find and fund but they really set of the rear end. Shame about the 109, they are a nice little car to own. Thanks Joe
