    Thanks! I found out exactly what I did wrong on this thing this morning at the gym. Getting back on it tomorrow!

    NOTE: This product works exactly as described. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxguEIMc_Qwab-3QMTpF6jaRL80hiOOsIN It originally earned a four-star review due to a minor defect (see below). However, the manufacturer's customer service rep (Lita) went above and beyond the call of duty and deserves five stars now. I wish I could give even more!I purchased this item which arrived quickly. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. There was only one problem: One bolt did not screw into the hole properly. I called the company. Their customer service rep (Lita) was terrific! She took all my information and submitted a request to replace the defective part. I'm hoping to finish assembly and start using this treadmill soon. (Fingers crossed...)FOLLOW UP: Lita called back to inform me that the company will send a replacement part AND a technician(!!) to install it properly. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you!!

    Just got mine to the house yesterday and this information is extremely helpful to know before I get going on it. My wife hopped on it as soon as I assembled it and immediately almost fell😂😂😂. I sent her this to make sure she watches it

      Love it as far as not feeling pain in my knees and chins when I jogged on ground. I still need to use it more... even having it this long in still learning to trust to open my stride. I've sprinted several times, but I feel like I'm short stepping at the front of the machine for speed acceleration, and never really extending my stride. I'm not a runner- runner, I'm a baseball player, so my Sprints are in increments of 20 seconds at most....I say all that to say this. Compared to the typical motor belt treadmill, I love it. Because I can move the thing out to my driveway and run on it, or just maneuver it around my garage depending on my WOD with no complications

    This is a good lesson. I tried this at our gym and couldnt slow down just kept going faster and faster lol. Guess I have to start with the basics

      UPDATE: Followed your methods today and it was perfect! Could control the speed, body upright, no problems at all. Literally managed to master the thing in 3 sessions lol. Once you get over the initial fear of feeling like you're gonna fly off its good. Also burns far more than the conventional treadmill and for someone like me who has serious shin splints, this works wonders. No pain at all. Thanks again

    Do you recommend a particular shoe or type of shoe to run on the trueform? I’m asking because it’s certainly a softer surface than the road but I feel a lot of different muscles in my feet and shins working more since starting to run on the Trueform.

    • @OPEXFitness

      Any shoe works well on the TrueForm.

    Not runners in this demo... which is obvious from excessive muscle development in participants. What do runners experience and how does this compare to ground?

    Why’s the skinny guy teaching the athletic folks how to work out?

    • @georgehornsby2075
      @georgehornsby2075 3 роки тому +9

      Maybe because he knows more than them about working out on that treadmill. Also he's built like a runner if you are the kind of person to think how someone looks is tied to their competence...

      @@Dap0pe1 Nope just sticking up for the little guy. Would you not take health advice from your doctor if he was skinny? It's about knowledge not how you look, only a child would look at a massive bodybuilder and think he's an expert in exercise science.
