There is one person who played one of my Levels and he thought that this Level was pretty cool so he liked it and left a nice comment. After that he played all of my courses and always liked it and always left a nice comment. So I decided to go to his Levels and like them with a nice comment. Now we always look if the otherone made a Level

Roy's Twisting Tower BRL-KS0-VYF Difficulty:Medium Description:You bounce up a tower of twisters without hitting on switches that make the twisters fall. My level did not get very many plays and personally I think it is a decent level. Sorry at first I had the Y and F mixed up
Fire Temple VTO-XG4-FRF This is a level loosely based on the Fire Temple from Ocarina of time. There are some tricky puzzles, tight sections and tough boss battles. Let me know what you think and leave your own level code and I will play it. Here are some hints if you need help- 1st puzzle- Use the Thwomp to activate the P-switch then jump through the blocks before they become solid. Speedrun section- Run and slash your sword at the blue indicators to destroy the POW blocks. Boss- You can use the shield to block fireballs.
It's really awesome that you are doing this ceave. I have a friend that put so much effort into his first level and he still only got a few plays. For the People that are interested: It's called "Mario and the beanstalk" (ID: MSX-1LB-TTF). The overall story is that a beanstalk has been growing in the mushroom kingdom and mario goes to investigate it. The main part is a vertical upward scrolling part with many differen challenges like falling platforms, vine jumps and on off blocks. The design is well-made and he put a lot of effort into designing the beanstalk itself.
I really appreciate that you're trying to create a highly inclusive, positive environment in the Mario Maker community. The community seems nice enough as it is, but your efforts are only going to add to that. Thanks Ceave.
Well time to ruin that you foolish baboon!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jokes aside the community fairly nice. I think part of it is that most of the community consists of either children before hitting their teens and family friendly adults.
It's been great so far, others are supportive in streams and level "liking" in general. The level requests in this video alone have been a prime example of that, even if some may not be our flavor of level, it's always good to play it, and leave good feedback!
To be fair, one of the 10 medals you can get is for first clears. And since you said that small creators may be grateful and check out our levels, I think this is a great way to not only get first clear medals, but also have others play our levels and potentially earn Maker medals!
What about making a system where if you want one of your levels to be posted into the new section you need to play 5 of the levels in the new section. This way people play your level so that they can post their own and vice versa.
Or they can add a bonus level in the 100 challenge so that if you lose you dont lose a life but if you win you gain 5 that way we can star the good ones
I actually have encountered a level in Endless that had no likes when I played it, so I'm not entirely sure what the criteria are. Something else that I've found is that everyone sees the same list in New Courses, which is one of the reasons it's so clogged. What this means is that by the time you finish a level, a dozen or more other players have also played it. My experience with this was when my level had finally surfaced in the queue, it got a huge burst of plays, which resulted in at least one of the players checking out my other unplayed level, which in turn put it into the Endless pool. The second level still has not reached the number of plays of that initial burst. In this case, patience really paid off. What I think Nintendo should do is create a "Mystery Endless" mode. It would be exactly the same as any other Endless mode, but it only serves you levels with zero plays. This would be far more efficient than the current system and very easy for them to implement.
"Purple Poison Pond" 46K-79Y-3XF This is a very long and challenging slime level. Here's a tip for near the end: At the Pokey, wait for him to begin sinking into the slime then spin-jump onto his head into a max-jump to get up to the ledge. If this seems too tough for ya, you can damage boost through him and hit the hidden block to the right instead (if you have a power-up.) Thanks and have fun!
This explains why no one would play my level for about 2-3 days, thank you so much for this video I was kind of wondering why it takes so long this time to get a single play compared to super mario maker 1.
This is actually rather helpful. It'll for sure help fellow people out get some of the mii costumes for having X number of people play your course (the most being 5,000 players on 1 level). Keep up the good work.

My last level was back in June and since then well let's just say i've just been dealing with a crap ton of stuff and it hasn't been easy on me with well everything really. Cool idea but kind of annoying to have to start the level over every time you miss jump because it off sets you and your jumps won't be on time anymore. (Also I usually play with the game sound off so I'm not used to where the "Bahs" are in the song lol) I really like the concept

I played your course and i enjoyed it but till the room after the checkpoint, I have no idea what you have to do since none of the boxes are correct so im lost there, I still gave a like as I enjoyed the rest of the course. Hope you can check out my course too :)
The most consistent and fair way in my opinion, is to add a point system. You obviously can build as many level as you want, but to upload them public you have to play 2-3 new levels to upload a new one. So you stop the spamming of "not so good" levels too. Also ppl learn maybe from other what a good level looks like, or new ideas and stuff. Would probably solve it, and would only be fair.

I have never played Mario Maker and I have barely played any Mario game for at least 5 years. And I still think this channel is one of the best channels on UA-cam. Now I wish I could play Mario Maker (2).... I found your channel actually quite a while ago, less than a year but probably close. I actually stopped watching for a month or two, so I would have some videos ready for when I want to see another one of your videos but your upload rate is too slow :P Keep making videos, hopefully if you get more subscribers you could eventually upload more often? I would like that if you played in the new queue your own levels would get higher priority on the queue, this way if you want your level to be seen you can play new levels. this would solve the problem in many ways, because it's much easier to play a level than make a level
My idea is a cosmetic thing like a shiny effect for players who have more first clears then levels uploaded. I think that could work. Or that the first level in endless runs is an uncleared level. So u cant get one in a good run, but u got one at start. Idk, it could work.
Personally, I really don't like that every stage that I give a "Like" to is now considered a favorite of mine when that isn't always the case. Sometimes I just want to encourage a new creator or an interesting level idea with some positive reinforcement, but that doesn't necessarily mean that their recreation of world 1-1" or their "My first level" stage is one I plan to replay over and over. Honestly I with they gave us "Boo, Like and Star" as options.

An idea for Nintendo to make new levels get played more is to add a point system so you get more points the more New Levels you play! These points could be a thing to show off.

Platform Panic! 0BJ - L7W - NTG Make your way up a mountain riding a platform while enemies start coming aboard. At the end you will face off the rest of the enemies. Then escape! This is my best level yet (out of my 4 levels XD). Okie thanks!
It took me three months to make this super world and is a excellent world full of original levels with secrets, friends, bonuses, and bosses of power: Lemmy, Iggy, Morton, Larry, Ludwig, Boom Boom, Pom Pom, Roy, a not so good remake of Reznor, Wendy, Bowser, Dry Bowser, Bonus Boss Bowser Jr., and last but not least Dry Bowser Jr. With 2 underwater levels, 40 levels of fun you can't go wrong with super coltplay! world. I played it but I couldn't get past the bullet part with the skipsqueaks! I eventually got the bullet to hit the piranha creeper once, but it retracted too fast for me to make the jump up - there's some tricky platforming in it.
WNQ-LND-JMF This is a boss rush with the koopalings, which are in NSMBW order. Each koopaling has a unique boss arena that favors their abilities. Hope you enjoy!
Since others are self advertising, i might as well. 1.QB0-YY0-WVG this is the first smm2 level i made. I really wanted to try out the New stuff, so night time snow theme it is. I didn’t think it Was all that especially hard, but i guess the 7.5% clear rate means i Was wrong 2.RQ0-256-98G this one is centered around the superball flower. I’ve seen some others make superball flower levels and Honestly mine is really bad compared to theirs. If you’re not stupid, this level should be doable. P.S. I didn’t put Any extra powerups in the second section to avoid cheese, so try not to get damaged. 3.TCD-7H1-WGF if you’ve played shovel knight, this course should be extra fun. It’s based around the minigame in specter of torment where you climb up the tower of fate. Definetly My hardest level yet. 4.HQQ-4P2-8TF i made this one like a tower in the desert that’s been taken over by plants. How? I don’t know, it’s just the theme that came to mind. I’m pretty sure this one isn’t very hard, but it won’t show me the clear rate even though the notifications say it already has 10 plays so Idk. These all already have some plays but i’d still really appreciate anyone playing them. Thank you and have fun! :)

I played your course and i enjoyed it but till the room after the checkpoint, I have no idea what you have to do since none of the boxes are correct so im lost there, I still gave a like as I enjoyed the rest of the course. Hope you can check out my course too :)

The most consistent and fair way in my opinion, is to add a point system. You obviously can build as many level as you want, but to upload them public you have to play 2-3 new levels to upload a new one. So you stop the spamming of "not so good" levels too. Also ppl learn maybe from other what a good level looks like, or new ideas and stuff. Would probably solve it, and would only be fair.

I have never played Mario Maker and I have barely played any Mario game for at least 5 years.
And I still think this channel is one of the best channels on UA-cam. Now I wish I could play Mario Maker (2).... I found your channel actually quite a while ago, less than a year but probably close. I actually stopped watching for a month or two, so I would have some videos ready for when I want to see another one of your videos but your upload rate is too slow :P

I would like that if you played in the new queue your own levels would get higher priority on the queue, this way if you want your level to be seen you can play new levels. this would solve the problem in many ways, because it's much easier to play a level than make a level
You should think about getting a discord, it would make level exchange easier too as well as letting your viewers talk to each other and you!
My idea is a cosmetic thing like a shiny effect for players who have more first clears then levels uploaded. I think that could work. Or that the first level in endless runs is an uncleared level. So u cant get one in a good run, but u got one at start. Idk, it could work.

I don't have the game yet, however, I thank you for making this video.
Personally, I really don't like that every stage that I give a "Like" to is now considered a favorite of mine when that isn't always the case. Sometimes I just want to encourage a new creator or an interesting level idea with some positive reinforcement, but that doesn't necessarily mean that their recreation of world 1-1" or their "My first level" stage is one I plan to replay over and over. Honestly I with they gave us "Boo, Like and Star" as options.
I wish they'd just let us favorite certain levels
another suggestion: maybe add some kind of reward for playing new levels? maybe it could make your own new levels easier to find?
If you want more plays, make short-ish medium difficulty 3D world levels. I've noticed that those tend to get more likes and therefore plays.

An idea for Nintendo to make new levels get played more is to add a point system so you get more points the more New Levels you play! These points could be a thing to show off.

Level was fun, except for the only way to reset directly after the checkpoint is to kill Mario. Other than that, loved it.

Hi I tried your first level and it was pretty good it had a good difficulty and was fun in general just a bit of advice try not to use too many elements in the same level otherwise good course also would you mind trying mine? HSM-DVP-VPF It will be the first level in the super world so it should be pretty easy

I played it but I couldn't get past the bullet part with the skipsqueaks! I eventually got the bullet to hit the piranha creeper once, but it retracted too fast for me to make the jump up - there's some tricky platforming in it.

1.QB0-YY0-WVG this is the first smm2 level i made. I really wanted to try out the New stuff, so night time snow theme it is. I didn’t think it Was all that especially hard, but i guess the 7.5% clear rate means i Was wrong
2.RQ0-256-98G this one is centered around the superball flower. I’ve seen some others make superball flower levels and Honestly mine is really bad compared to theirs. If you’re not stupid, this level should be doable. P.S. I didn’t put Any extra powerups in the second section to avoid cheese, so try not to get damaged.
3.TCD-7H1-WGF if you’ve played shovel knight, this course should be extra fun. It’s based around the minigame in specter of torment where you climb up the tower of fate. Definetly My hardest level yet.
4.HQQ-4P2-8TF i made this one like a tower in the desert that’s been taken over by plants. How? I don’t know, it’s just the theme that came to mind. I’m pretty sure this one isn’t very hard, but it won’t show me the clear rate even though the notifications say it already has 10 plays so Idk.
These all already have some plays but i’d still really appreciate anyone playing them. Thank you and have fun! :)
