Which they were, and with X absolutely blowing up it was sort of painted out that ski was X's sidekick. I wonder if they each did a take of the entire song and they mashed and spliced the songs together otherwise the start and stop each doing 1 or 2 lines would almost sound more like a staccato flow and more start stop. These two were basiclly brothers. they had a fallout towards X's late life but always were like brothers. their dynamic as a duo was unmatched at that time
