which makes me believe that this video couldn't be legit unless this guy was a pretty solid runner to begin with... if you were even just a 2-3 mile a day runner, ramping up to 10 all of a sudden and then going 5 days straight with no breaks would be absolutely detrimental to your legs/knees/lower joints. just my .02...
Yea i run a solid 4 threw 9(not including speed work) and running 10 a day would be a challenge definetly and hes running a 9 min mile which is insane if he just ran that week

Another channel I'd recommend that has TREMENDOUS potential is a channel by the name of ProducerMichael. He is a very successful person that has made it in life (without UA-cam) with hardwork and dedication. So he posts a lot of stuff that rich do on a day to day basis, also shares a lot of his insight with great editing. If you're a foodie id recommend Nathan Figueroa, his editing is great, while his personality isn't the best he still makes for decent videos. Think Matt Stonie but in vlog mode. Also, I didn't mean to sound pretentious, it's just Casey has his style and while entertaining, it isn't the BEST UA-cam has to offer. I'm also getting tired of the phases the guy has. He can't stick to ONE thing, call it ambition but it makes me like his content a little less. Hopefully his 368 thing works out. But yeah, chill, there's other dope stuff out there besides this guy.

Photoshop running isn’t just about cardiovascular benefits. Some people like myself enjoy running. I started from 2 miles a day to 7 a day, and it helps me mentally, and makes up for the amount of food I eat. If I can burn 1000 calories while running I don’t really have to worry about how much I eat. Long distance feels AMAZING and makes small runs a breeze. I can just run to the grocery store now instead of driving and there’s my workout for the day. Also saves gas for me.. win/win 💯

Christian Andrade it definitely does matter what you run on because dirt absorbs much more impact than concrete or a treadmill does doesn't matter what shoes you have on. If you wear the same shoes running on concrete and dirt your body will have to absorb less shock when you run on the dirt or something similar
What do those words even mean? Even elites run on treadmills for certain workouts. There is an incline and speed button on the treadmill that lets you make it as difficult as you want.
I’m a distance runner, You can’t just start at this level, he looks kinda like he is faking it, no hate but yah, he definitely got shin splints, did y’all see the shoes he is wearing? I really hope he worked up to this a little more

Ran 10k yesterday no dramas (training for a charity run I randomly signed up for), and overtaking some people who looked like regulars (they were wearing shirts from local running clubs or past runs)- the power of exercise when you're younger is amazing. Especially with cardio stuff for some reason. He was also clearly walk-running but 1.5hrs for 10miles walk-running is both realistic and impressive.
To anyone thinking "maybe I should try it", DON'T!. Running can be very fun but there's only so much you can push your body, without it becoming very harmful. 10 miles a day, without prior training, leg and joint strengthening, or time to let your body rest and recover is not commendable; it is irresponsible. If you seriously want to take up running, start slow and along short distances; step it up gradually and listen to your body; take care of your knees and other joints (some run-related injuries can last for life); and if you want to push your limits (e.g. run a high daily mileage, run a marathon, achieve a speed goal), educate yourself, seek advice from experienced runners and check with a doctor if what you are doing is not reckless. PS. Great editing and terrific attitude.

It's really not necessary to run 16km every day. It's a waste of time and doesn't give you a lot more cardiovascular benefits than running say 5-10km.
