Sorry, but DOJ has no authority to "have her removed." DOJ is Executive Branch (as I should know, I used to work for them). Cannon is a Federal judge in the Judicial Branch. If any removing is to be done, it's up to her own branch of government to do it... and they likely won't try to police their own.
