Honestly, I don't really use twitter much FOR THIS REASON. I use it to follow people and make the very rare occasional comment, but otherwise I try and avoid it where I can. I'll be starting my own Twitch soon but I'm not gonna utilize twitter for it. I'll just try and use discord as best I can.
