Crazyyy🔥 thought it wouldn’t be as good as it came out but that is a reallyyyy good shot👌🏻 blew me away🤯
Thank you so much, it means a lot! I Subbed to your channel, great content !
Possibly the only video on UA-cam that spends time and effort explaining to all of us that we want to record indoors. Thank you very much for your time.
Hi there! Thank you SO much for this comment! Appreciate that! Gonna release more content like this really soon!
Good job on getting the pace right (slow and smooth). The line is also very good, there were other options but yours works fine IMO.
To be honest, the only downside is the exposure.. It's way too dark, we can't see details of the indoor, and we usually want a bright image for stuff like this (wellness, luxury...). I see it's hard with the snow outside, and a choice was made to feature the view,.. But I would have love too see another shot with a stop or two higher. What time of the day was it ? Maybe there if shot earlier in the morning or later at night it could have been more. Thoughts for the future. Thanks for sharing :)
This video just made me feel 100% at ease about having dropped $400+ on the 35 just now. Awesome man! Great work!
Thank you so much! 😎 Please let me know how it works out for you! 💯
I also want to buy it, but i have No experience flying indoor, couldnt you fly it in acro mode Indoor? Anglemode feels so unnatural to me and a Bit Like cheating...thank you!
@@FreshPanda97 use horizon mode
Nice shoot! Loving the result as well! Nice smooth filming to compliment the spa feeling! 😎
Thankyou so much! Yeah I love the slow cinematic footage 😎
Amazing job Mads! Thanks for sharing this!
My pleasure! Glad you liked it!
Absolutely amazing!
I appreciate that man! Thanks a million!

Amazing
Sick work man! thanks for explaining everything so clearly, it was great to see your process
I appreciate that man! Thanks a million! Means a lot!
Mind blowing shot mate!! 🌞 Please share your PID settings to be able to fly this smooth indoors.
Have watched your another video where you have shared your rates for cinewhoop. That was very useful.
Поддерживаю! Работа невероятно красивая! Движения очень плавные. Очень хотелось бы посмотреть ваши настройки PID! Спасибо!
You inspired me and I'm almost positive that the next drone after my Meteor75 would be protek 35! That's the best job ever. You visit nice places and they pay you for it :) Excelent footage and spoken description - keep the good work!
Thank you so much! And I agree, it's sooo much fun to travel and fly drones!
Im new ro the cinematic drones! Cant wait to fly my beta95x v3 also love your channel subscribed!
Thank you so much! Appreciate it😎 Looking forward to see some footage from you 🚀

That's dope
Thanks man!
That was very helpful. Thanks!
Thank you so much! 😃
wow that was super smooth!! it's the first time I see a protek 35 fly like that! great skills!
Dude, Thanks man! Appreciate that 🚀
Great Video bro..🙌Loved the way you explained it all..😉Sube'D😎
Smooth as allways bro!!
THANK YOU😎
That was well presented. Thanks for posting
Thanks for the comment! :D
Incredible 🔥🔥
Appreciate that!
Great work , keep the good content coming!
Thanks, will do!
I've been wondering about possibilites of 3.5inch cinewhoop as I've cinelog35 but feeling quite big for the indors now I know it's just a matter with practice. The trick with slowing down the footage work really well. Maybe it wouldn't work with the actors but overall really handy!
This is such a great video! This video sold me on getting one. The first time I tried flying my Protek35 indoors; there was so much air it lifted an area rug. How do you fly indoors with all that wind beneath?
Knakkende bra! you sir are going places! :D
Takk for deeeet!
This is awesome man 👌
That exactly what I need. Thanks for sharing this video.
(im drone pilot who wanna become fpv-drone pilot.. and im looking for cinewoop)
Great work on this.
Thank U!
Amazing to watch! Great job there
Thanks man!
@@MadsHalvorsen I’m getting started in FPV drone flying after I did some RC flying.
You think the Protek35 is a nice beginner drone for some recording and some flips/rolls to spice the footage up?
Dude this is so dreamy good job man!
Thank you so much! I really appreciate your feedback 😃 I like your content too bro, keep it coming! 🚀
@@MadsHalvorsen Thank you I appreciate that 💯🔥
Great job by the way)))
Nice flying!
Thanks! Appreciate that!
Looks really nice man. Thanks for sharing
Thanks! I checked out your Protek content too, looks amazing!
@@MadsHalvorsen Thank you so much
Great video! Im about to buy the protek 35!! Thanks!!!
Thanks man! I appreciate that
wow thats amazing! thats exactly what i want to do as soon as i get my protek =)
Thank you sir! Did you order the Protek35 or 25? :D
@@MadsHalvorsen ordered the 35 since i will be flying it outdoors more often than indoors =)
Wow. It’s SO dark
Awesome! Do you have the 4s or 6s version? I've been flying a 6s version, still strying to figure out the best configs on betaflight
nice! i jst stated practicing indoors with mine... stock tune, but needs a little practice and tuning i think... but totally feasible...
Hello, thx u for video. Could you elaborate plz, why on door air mod off, and out door on ?
Awesome result! Looks ways better than the onboard video. In my opinion the footage could be a bit brighter, when you are in the upstairs location, but these are only my two cents 🙌🏼
Hi there! Thanks for the comment, means a lot! Yeah I totally agree, the problem is that there was sooo dark up there and I didn´t wanna push the ISO to much on the poor GoPro, haha! Anyways, thanks for the input!
Hi Mate, was wondering what settings are you shooting on the GoPro and if you are using reelsteady too? Also are your drone rates stock or custom?
Hey mate love your channel, I have a Protek35 and im new to FPV, what's your for vs against Airmode inside? Id be interested to find out more from someone who flys inside as this is my first project and need to do an indoor flight.
nice shot man !
Thank you so much!
That was a great video and flight. Even explained in details..u were using 4s or 6s version for this?
Great video. Feels a little too dark for me. In the main room and sona looks pretty good but it's just black upstairs.
Hi sir,so your advise is angle mode for indoor shot?thank you so much
Dude I changed the proteks 35 motors and it still drifts in angle or horizon mode? Need help
Super nice shot man!!! You were flying acro or horizon?
Looks great, maybe just a tad dark in some parts.
Does the protek have problems when getting close to walls? I have a diatone taycan myself and it kind of sucks itself towards close walls and bumps into a crasch where it slides sideways down the wall trying to suck the paint of the wall :)
Any such tendencies?
I have a BetaFPV 95x that doesn't do that but I'm looking for a backup or something small to carry a gopro indoors.
Thanks man! Yeah, the dark parts of that wellness spa is VERY dark, and I didn´t wanted to push the shadows/lows too high... Yeah what your problem is there is because of Air mode! For indoor flying I always turn that off in Betaflight! You should really try turning it off on the Taycan! Let me know how it goes!
Amazing flying bro, quick question as I’m new to fpv and looking at the 35. When the quad is an hd quad that means it’s fully compatible with the DJI fpv goggles and remotes? And which batteries are the best to run with this drone?
Hi there! Sorry for my late reply... Yes, you can use it with the DJI Goggles and Remote(But not the remote for the DJI FPV DRONE)
I use the CNHL 1500mah 4S batteries for these type of shoots!
@@MadsHalvorsen thank you very much I appreciate your response!! :)
Sweet! When you say turn off air mode, are you still using acro for this flight or a stability mode? Also what were your gopro settings? One thing I noticed is that it’s a little dark in some areas. Hard to see stuff that’s not lit up.
Hi there and thanks! When I shoot stuff indoor like this I use angle mode(stability)! I have tried both but angle is way easier for smoother footage!
Gopro:
Fps: 50
Shutter 1/100
ISO: 400
Res: 2,7K
WB: Native
_
Main problem there is that close to the windows the area is perfectly lit and the further back you go the less lighting there is... So you just gotta stick with having some darker places in your shot 😔 But I rather expose things right than blowing things out
A little update to include all the GoPro settings for you:
Gopro:
Fps: 50
Shutter 1/100
ISO: 400
Res: 2,7K
WB: Native
Bit rate: High
Sharpness: Low
Color: Flat
Have you tried it out?
how did you manage to use that less power then using the throttle ? I always struggle when putting the throttle up that it escalates xD having the 6s version
Amazing. What go pro settings did you run on wide, ultra and such? Did you stabilize with gyro software or go pro software? Great video.
Hello sr, Wich mode you use for indoor flying and why? Thanks awesome skills dude
Amazing great work. Did you use Hero 7 or Hero 6. Also was the Gopro Inbuilt stabilization, hypersmooth off? I am confused whether to go in for hero 6 or buy a hero 7. I already have reel steady go.
Hi! Thanks for your comment! This is filmed with the Hero8! Without built in stabilization but with Reelsteady! :)
would you mind sharing your rates or dump from betaflight?
Thank you so much for this video and your explanations. Very valuable. Is the Protek your „workhorse“ now? Or are there better alternatives?
I have the HGLRC Sector132 and unfortunately it is hard to tune and prone to vibrations due to wind and prop wash. My last use case was flying in a botanical garden from ground to the top of the trees. There was strong wind which induced high frequency vibrations Unfortunately I wasn’t able to eliminate those vibrations with Reelsteady. 😣Perhaps the reason for that was a broken prop guard which vibrated, I don’t know.
I have 3 Protek35´s and I love them! Been using them for client work for 6 months now! :D
Yeah Reelsteady is great but some times it can´t fix everything... Try to get as smooth clips as possible before Reelsteady and use RS as your little perfect touch! :D Keep it up!
I really liked the video! You're doing great!
How did you learn to fly smoothly and slowly? How long have you been in FPV?
I'm a newbie, I've been flying for 3 weeks on Beta 95 V3. I can't fly slowly and smoothly.
Just practice and practice, and of course acro.
your efforts are amazing. can I fly using Analog instead of DJI FPV. im on a low budget and want to do some indoor flying cinematic. I will connect a Gopro hero 5 or an insta 360go just for testing.
Hi there! Thanks for your feedback! You can definitely fly with analog for these kinds of shoot, but I would be very careful with getting bad video feed indoors like this. Fly around and do some good testing before flying with the action cam!
Do you have an indoor tune you could share, i’m new and struggling to control the protek 35
Great inspiration video! I'm gonna use the airmode trick! What fly mode you used? Angle or horizont mode? What pids and expo are you using for indoor flying? Thanks!
I fly angle mode inside and acro mode outside, I never use horizon mode.
I fly the original PID`s on this videos flight, but I changed the RATES! What i use is these rates:
RC Rate
ROLL
0,80
0,83
0,00
Max vel: 941
PITCH
0,80
0,83
0,00
Max vel: 941
YAW
0,80
0,80
0,00
Max vel: 800
Also I gave it 0.20 THROTTLE EXPO for smoother throttle control.
Hope you get to fly smooth, and if you want more custom tunes I can get back to you when they are perfect.
@@MadsHalvorsen thanks for sharing this 🌞🙏
hey mate good video. could you please share your rate/pid settings for indoor flight ?
Absolutely incredible! Wow, man! Great stuff. I typically film in 4K 120 on my Canon R5 for real estate and just bought this drone for chasing race cars and dirtbikers but shit, i may use it for real estate now!
hello, you fly with pid/rates/flter Iflight stock settings?
WoW ! Wonderful !
- Is it the 4S or 6S model ?
- Have you stabilize with Reel Steady or just in slowmotion ?
Thanks et well done for your footages !
This is amazing what gopro settings did you use ?
Do you share the gopro settings and did you use reelsteady go?
You don't see too many videos explaining your thought process on choosing a route. I really appreciate that!
Also, I never knew flight mode messed with your craft in tight spaces(doors, ect.) That may be my problem. I have shot a few indoor videos. The last one was a small house and I always seemed to rocket out of the doorways! Do you think airmode causes that. And how do you quickly turn it off when you're away from your computer?
You can put airmode on a switch.
Air Mode definitely did that! You should put it on a switch and turn it off when flying smooth indoor! What´s your favorite quad for indoor flying?
@@MadsHalvorsen I'll hook it back up to betaflight and do that. My favorite is the Protek25. My Protek35 just arrived tonight. I got one flight in. It's even smoother than the 25. I need to take it out of angle mode though.
Awesome video man! I was looking into the protek35 hd for myself, and I was wondering whether you have tried flying it without the prop guards? I saw on the website that they said this was a possibility for a lighter weight freestyle mode I guess. Wondered if you’d do a video on that?
Hi man! Great video idea! I'll make it happen ASAP 💯😎
@@MadsHalvorsen haha awesome! Looking forward to it!
hi, I really ask you to share the settings of the drone in the betaflight configurator, in particular the pids and the filter
Good stuff! What frame rate did you shoot at? 30 then slowed 40% to get 24?
Hi there! Appreciate that! This is shot at 50FPS slowed down to 30FPS!
It’s a fast cine race whoop type fpv how do you manage to fly very slowly, as it’s quite a fast drone. Is it easy to fly slower?
Hi there! I would recommend checking out my Rates for cinewhoops video, it helps a lot! And get a lot of practice going! 😎
Man nice flying bud, my throttle control sucks. Maybe one day... :)
Dude, try experimenting with some throttle expo in Betaflight, for example try 0.20 throttle expo! Let me know what you think 😎
Fet video!
Would request you to please share your Betaflight settings. Will really help beginners like me. Thank you.
Hey - what setup on VelociDrone do you recommend to practice flying this drone in a simulator?
I also have the same question 🌞
Owesome video. What software you use for editing?
Great Video!
Did you use the 4s Version or 6s?
Hi did you use angle mode when flying indoors?
Hi nice flight can you share your GP settings for indoor shots?
Hey Mads, What is your GoPro setting for this shot?
did you record in 4k 30fps or was this done in 2.7k 60fps upscaled to 4k?
Great Video and Demo on the Protek35 looking to pick one up my self
Hi Danny!
Gopro settings for this indoor shoot:
Fps: 50
Shutter 1/100
ISO: 400
Res: 2,7K
WB: Native
Bit rate: High
Sharpness: Low
Color: Flat
@@MadsHalvorsen Hi Mads, great video with really fitting music, that makes me feeling like im in and relax. :-) I filmed inside a casino yesterday and it was hard for me to find the right settings. In the end I think it was useable, but I think there is space to get better. I used ISO100-400, 4k, 50FPS (due to flicker), Shutter was auto, WB auto, Hypersmooth standard. Think lighting was ok on the footage, but I always have flicker/ horizontal Lines distortion when I turn. Better turn off hypersmooth in critical lighting? I use gyroflow for post stabilizing when not stabilized during recording. What is your workflow getting best result with maybe not best raw footage? :-) I use GP10 and Cinelog35 HD! (Tried also DJI Action2, but in my opinion not usable for those conditions. Noise, distortions due to stabilization) Best regards! Thomas
I like your videos.
I have Diatona Roma F5 V2 6s, last month very much practicing close shots, cinematic.
I plan to buy Protek 35 HD 6s.
Is it s good choice for slow cinematic shots outside, bandos and inside where are a lot of space?
I was also considering Pavo 30, but i only have Hero 7 (plan to upgrade to hero 9)
and I do not plan buy or make naked GoPro.
Do you like the Roma F5? Wanna try it out! : D
Yeah the Protek is great for both indoor and outdoor shooting! Thanks!
@@MadsHalvorsen yes it is great, powerful, in wind i push to 186km/h
And Roma F5 it very rebust(had 20 crashes)
I recommend)
May you share the beta flight setup? Congrats for the video!
hello, whath rates and exso u used for indoor ??
Hi, really Nice Cinematic Video, if you use RSGO, then you will turn off the stabilization on your GP, is it right?
Hi! Thanks! 😎 Yes you NEED to turn of stabilization in the GoPro camera to make RIGHT work ☺
@@MadsHalvorsen Thanks 🙏
Great video, what are your rates un Betaflight to flight that smooth?
Thanks man! I recently posted a video about Cinewhoop rates, check it out! :D
Great one take dude. Was that the 4S or 6s version?
Great video!! 4s or 6s version?
Will it be compatible with gopro hero 4?
How did you get rid of noise from the video ? It is dark room with so little light. Usually you can see just noise on the black color everywhere. Please help
Hi there! I didn´t use any noise reduction or anything. The only thing i´m focusing on is to not push the settings in the camera to hard and not push it too far in the editing. Of course there is darker places in the video where it´s tempting to push up the shadows, but for a GoPro-camera I wanna be very carefull with that, cause it doesn´t have the best dynamic range...
Turned out very nice buddy! Is that gopro 8? And what settings is it on?
Gopro:
Fps: 50
Shutter 1/100
ISO: 400

@@MadsHalvorsen amazing! Thankss.
What control and camera did you use bro?
Nice video, do you fly angle or acro mode indoor?
angle mode is beter control
Great shot. Which mode do you fly indoors?
Angle mode for shoots like this! More stable and easier to focus on framing and getting it smooth
