You don't need Qube money or YNAB or any pay system. You can easily create digital envelopes in Google using Google sheets and track it yourself for free.
I’d love to see your system. You can absolutely create your own cash envelope systems for free, but it doesn’t link to a card like Qube does. That’s the magic for a lot of people to help change their habits and mindset. Plus you don’t have to carry around cash.
Are you looking for a monthly statement? Qube does provide monthly statements of transactions because it is a bank. I just looked at my monthly statements and it wasn’t broken down by Qube, just the transactions like you’d find in a typical bank account. You can also look at the Qube activity for each Qube within the app.
@@MrJamieGriffin thanks for answering, I need something that shows where all the money is going for my NACA loan approval process. They want every penny tracked and they want to know what for in a statement form. So the cash envelope method is a no, but if I can prove it with a electronic foot print, then it's a win for me.
@@ginam7154 from what I’ve seen the monthly statements show all of your transactions and Qube money has great support too, so it might be helpful to reach out to them to verify as well. Support@qubemoney.com
Great question. I haven't used YNAB so I don't know all of it's functions and features. I believe that YNAB is designed as an overall budgeting and money management system, where Qube Money is more specific to flexible budget categories like groceries, gas, eating out, shopping, and helping you manage money intentionally and not overspend. The end result is staying on budget so you can use your money for the things that matter most. Right now Qube can't help you budget for bills or allocate money to savings. I believe those features are part of the long game, but aren't ready right now. I hope that helps.
can i move money from/to qube with paypal or venmo ?
Thank you!
You’re welcome! 👍🏻
I love a digital cash envelope system!
I made my first purchase to buy gas yesterday! It was exciting to finally start using this system and testing it out!

Jamie how does this compare to YNAB?
