To me one of the harderst parts is that my uni does not provide example sheets in many modules. So if I want to revise I need to find my own problems that often come with no answers. So I get lost and stressed, because I feel I have no feedback. Especially If I get stuck
I totally agree with this
Using cue cards for maths is the best tip I've ever heard. I'm a first year physics major in germany and I started doing this for my upcoming exam prep. I haven't taken the exams yet, but in terms of effectiveness it is working wonders so far. Thank you!!
Magnificent video Ellie!!!! I was very happy to hear how you studied
I just discovered your channel and LOVE it. Thank you so much! ❤ greetings from Germany
My kind thanks, Ellie
And here I am, struggling to solve a 10th standard math problem
I feel proud of any female STEM student I see, honestly, haha. Going to study engineering next year. Wish me luck!
I don't rly get how it's rly that much harder for woman in stem. In fact, it's almost easier because some companies have gender quotas.
@@putinsgaytwin4272 It's not hard. They just don't choose it for many many reasons.
@@deer001 like what?
@@putinsgaytwin4272 can't speak for others. But I personally get stressed very easily. It is actually found in study that women get more stressed compared to men.And I guess you know how stressful STEM can be even for men.
Now I'm not trying to give excuse or anything, but my situation is really bad, my memory has even gotten weak from being stressed all the time. That's why I googled it and found about the studies.🤷♀️
I'm new subscriber 🙏🥳🤗
Thank you
Would you say as you progressed through your degree you found the need for cue cards more neccessary (ie. more information to remember)? I am just about to finish my first year and I havent yet found I have really had to rote memorise things. I have found that for the most part doing a lot of problem sheets and past papers has been enough to remember all key bits of information. Not sure if this is just because the content hasnt gotten super complex yet?
Could elaborate a little bit more on what you did for understanding the subjects?
You could probably also use Anki instead of physical cue cards.
Did you finish the book by Walter Rudin easily?
Sabes que 1 +1 son 2 y eso suma mucho
Organization...
Fab video! Just the right time too bc I’m currently revising for my final year undergrad exams 😬🥲 x
good luck!! X
