yes, foreigners aren't allowed to own land there. i'm thinking maybe co-ownership, like a foreigner marries a local but you'd be essentially handing over the title to your spouse. too much of a risk unless there's a workaround it. besides i don't think this island or most island "for sale" in the philippines are actually for sale permanently, this is more like a 50 or 100 year lease.

No its not probably gonna end up as a private island. These are mostly offered as resort islands... for business. The up keep and transportation would be too much even for filipino billionaires (USD)

You saw those rocks....? all over the beach front? What tells me in that $13-15 Million USD they are asking for is I am basically just paying for the small fine white sand and the land that has a Possibility to be Developed and so called “Island”. When it should be considered the overall Factor of Experience as well and the Package value of the Property- Exterior, Interior, resources, etc.
1st and foremost We DONT have that kind of money to even bother to think about someone elses purchase. People buy islands just for the heck of it. Have you heard of christiano ronaldo buying an island just to escape from covid? That pristine water facing that guaranteed deep blue sea and exclusivity plus privacy is what drives its cost. Did u even bother to ask how big the island is? Did u even know that a 2000 sqm property in Forbes Park village in makati philippines is around 20m USD/1billion pesos? no you dont cause it aint the problem of the unconcerned. Plus it is at the top of the best beaches on earth. Go there before you make silly comments. Privacy is a luxury most billionaires will splurge on just to have it. The SM beach property in batangas was bought for around 2 billion pesos back in 2000s. Now its worth so much more due to the development. And that is just plain batangas shore line. Elnido palawan is as pristine as it could get. And cristiano also bought his agent another island as a gift. Valued anywhere at 3.5M to 55M USD.
