1. Reset the camera to default.
2. Activate the camera.
3. Export configuration file
4. View verification code.
* Enable advanced settings function on EZVIZ Studio.

Solo hay un problema, no todos los modelos de cámaras permiten hacer el backup así que no es recuperable. Lo mejor es tener una copia del código QR, de la serie y el código de verificación ya que la cámara duran muchos años pero las etiquetas apenas unos meses
EZviz Studio version 2.1.6 does not show the option to export configuration file under maintenance tab. Where can I find the version that support it?

HI dear, i m do all the steps , but when i exporting the configuration file, they gime the next error (exporting remote configuration file failed) error code HCNetSDK.dll 23 not suported, which can be happening?

Can you help me please, I managed to find out the serial number and verification code from a camera, but when I tried again after about a month I didn't succeed anymore and the message appears: Exporting remote configuration file failed. Error Code HCNetSDK.dll[23].(Not supported.) attached, I also uninstalled the application and installed the application on another laptop and it still appears like this when I export files. Thank you

Una cámara Ezviz siempre quedará activada aunque se pulse el reset. Por lo tanto Sadptool no podrá cambiar la contraseña.

Hello, everything worked great until i tried to retrieve the Configuration File. It wont save and I get an error code dll [23] and says its not supported. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Same problem here.
EZVIZ support keeps me running in circles.
I also dont have the QR codes anymore and support should be able to give them, but they keep saying:
"you have to scan the QR verification codes". While i just explaned 5x i dont have them anymore.
I have 4 C3U camera`s(2016) and 1 broken NVR from EZVIZ. EZVIZ wont help to retreive the Verification codes.
So ... ready to putt it in the trash i guess .. and i never buy anything from EZVIZ again.

The policy of EZVIZ, we don’t unbind the account. On my region need to send the camera to distributors and they will reload the firmware and grant it a new serial the we can setup the camera again. Thank you!
