- Some of the car lockout tool sets are just junk, the KLOM brand dose make some use able tools, so at $30 for the bag and set of tools, its worth having a look to see if they are of any use. Looking at the quality and functions of the car tools.
I use the L shape for opening garages when cable is snapped on t handles. Put it turn and push in the latch.

No, I did not pay for it. I was given it by a customer who bought it and it did not work. I dont know who sells it.

Hi, I have seen them , they look like good quality, but have not had the chance to use them, I do a High Tech car opening book, but it was all US biased so not much help to me.
