Pigments 2 on LinnStrument

Fooling around with the demo and was amazed at how easy it is to use some of the randomizing functions with the granular engine to make cool generative sounds. Two of them form the background in this video, so three instances total.
All around maybe the easiest and most fun MPE compatible synth that I've used. Also very comprehensive (analog, wavetable and sampling [w/granular] engines) as well as very cool randomizing features and a very well executed sequencer.

Beautiful, I need to revisit this. First version didn’t seem very useful but this looks promising . I have yet to find the synth that works well with my Linnstrument other than Animoog and Model 15.

Nice sounds ... Do you need to put pigments in mpe mode or does it work as standard, on mt mpe roli device, thanks

Thanks for watching! You put pigments in MPE mode (which is just a click). Some presets have modulations set up already that work nicely with MPE controllers, but for most you'll have to tweak them. However, this is very easy to do.
