Thank you for the video. First video I find informative and useful on this subject. What happens when I don't get 240 on line to line? I get nothing. When I test line to ground, I get about 120 to each leg.

If yoy get 120 line to ground on each leg and zero on line to line you should check it again. It should read 240 if you get 120 line to ground each

How often do you find disconnect boxes with these circuit breaker that have been bypassed? What is your theory on why you see this bypass done?

What if you get 120 on each side of the load side to ground but load to load your 240 drops out.
