Is there any way you would be willing to share the cad files of the front and back swingarm suspension design ? Having the parts cut from sheet material is a great way to keep it simple. I have been looking at different design ideas for suspension and yours is most impressive. Much respect for the work and talent you have put into this project.

You should of added some of nice looking led colour lights on side deck frame and head lights plus alarm system or air tags to be hidden serect spot without anyone knowing to find it 💯🙏 👌

Молодец! Классная работа! Моторы, как я понял велосипедные, для больших диаметров, поэтому скорость небольшая на 48 вольтах. Лифер в призмах может вздуваться, а вздутые ячейки теряют емкость, так как электролит стекает вниз и голые электроды не работают. Там электролита очень мало, ячейки завакуумированны. Это как кусок мяса в вакуумной упаковке. Стоит проткнуть оболочку, как влага стекает. Поэтому лучше всего БМС разместить в другой месте, а батарею внутри мангала распереть винтами.
Может есть файлы чертежей?
Есть DXF файлы передней и задней подвески для 12" колеса.Моторы перемотаны для поднятия оборотов.
@@marmasteris Если не жалко, то может поделитесь на каком файлообменнике? 12" размер специфический конечно, обычно все делают на 10". Гироскутерные очень неплохо заходят. Я сейчас делаю раму, но рез подвески. На днях проехался на куго м4 про и понял, что подвеска нужна обязательно. По неровным дорогам отлично отрабатывает. И седло тоже нужно. Стоя как-то очень опасно мне показалось. Наверное с непривычки. Очень высоко центр тяжести. А сидя очень устойчиво. И наверное сзади пару колес гироскутерных нужно, и устойчиво будет и мощность. По сути самые мощные колеса на заводских самокатах - это те же самые гироскутерные спаренные. Магниты на 60 мм, в некоторых два по 30.

Get your hands on a cheap dual vesc at some point, combined with metal gears in the motors and you'll have a seriously long lasting offroad joyride!
Question, I found some 48v motors, where the internal has 3 rotating plastic gears, which I found odd since I know nothing about motors. But I also found the common 48v 2000w Vevor bldc that looks polished on the outside, and inside there's no 3 rotating gears. Which one is typically more reliable? I thought the 3 plastic gears might wear out faster? Or am I wrong on that?

I only fell ones because stupid me was behind an old lady in a Mercedes and she slammed on the backs then I turned hard not to Hite the Mercedes and slammed on my breaks and I kissed the asfalt. But in two years that was the only fall. I have a half helmet and pads. I think that a cool mask is next to cover the nose mouth and chin.👺😂🤙
