Moff Gideon had a habit of taking things from other people/cultures and using it against them. I find it poetic that he died because his light cruiser, which was taken from him, was used to destroy his base and him as well.
My money is on that, that was a clone. Gideon had a mustache that last Gideon didn't. Plus he fought better against Mando yes he has a suit. but still way better than the first time they fought.
Seeing grogu protect din and Bo from the fire and then seeing him become din grogu really made me feel proud of him. Also I think he was connecting with the mythosaur at the end 😮💨

I don't care what anyone says, this was a spectacular season. From start to finish. And next up is Star Wars Visions and Ahsoka! Sensational compilation Johnny!!
Yes, I loved it too! I hated that people were mad that they didn't get the story they wanted. I'm satisfied with whatever stories Jon or Dave want to tell.
It goes to show how popular this show is. Having such a wide range of responses that are heated and passionate from both sides comes with the territory.
@@abh4702 Actually, we have to put it into context. 1. It’s post pandemic, so it’ll affect numbers drastically. 2. More people are binge watching by waiting for the season to be done rather than watching weekly, or they wait until the season is over and free time when they can binge watch now that people are going back to work. 3. It’s still trending as 1 or 2 in Disney+. 4. It’s still one of the top trending shows in Rotten Tomatoes and Nelson TV (Nelson TV lags behind in weeks though because they wait until they get her a bit more data. At the end of the day, Disney has the final numbers, which they don’t release.) All in all, the numbers are a bit expected, with a few exceptions, given that it’s post pandemic. There were more streaming subscriptions compared to pre pandemic, people are now good back to work, streaming TV is more popular than ever compared to cable TV, etc. The same can be said for movies. We have to adjust now that it’s post pandemic. All in all, regardless of ratings, the brand value is still too high, especially for Grogu, that it will still generate some form of revenue for Disney.
@@abh4702 We just gonna ignore the state of the world and that people likely have less access to Disney+ and time to watch TV when most normal people with normal economy are struggling really bad? ok then. Also, the vast majority of shows have higher ratings in the beginning due to the newness of the product. But yeah don't let facts stop you I guess :)
Not a bad season finale! 😁 Grogu definitely saved the day! 😭❤️ It definitely felt like a series finale to me. Definitely curious where this goes from here. This is the Way! 🙂👏
I'm glad they ended the 3rd season finale on a happy note. Considering how the ending went for the SW series that ended before this with the Bad Batch's S2 season finale, we needed something to be happily good for the Mandalorian
@@MarcusMapua well I think you forgot about season four I actually have a theory on why season three wasn’t as good as the others! My theory is that s3 was a set up season for Grogu, because in season four din will train grogu to become a Mandalorian so in s3 I think it is a set up season to set Grogu up and mandulore so that Grogu Will have so much knowledge and will be so powerful way further out in the sequels he will know the ways of the Jedi and Mandalorian’s and din will die in s4 or s5 or retire it just makes sense.
@@amymiskiman5086 I also figured that maybe for Mando for next season his antagonist-targets that he'll be hunting would be the rest of the Shadow Council
Thank you, J20, for the awesome react video for the Mandalorian Season 03 finale. I loved the heartwarming ending without any sinister plot post-credit scene, which is what the Ahsoka series is going to bring about when it premieres. Hope everyone enjoys Secret Invasion when it starts this June. "I have spoken."
They work so well together, too. Grogu disarming the enemy and keeping them off-balance while Din Djarin kicks the crap out of them. A small part of me expected Grogu's old training to come back to him in full-force and maybe even be able to take on those three praetorians all by himself, but it was much better this way. I loved season 3. The show really doesn't have any dud episodes, in my opinion. I enjoy them all.
Dude, Gideon is self obsessed even for an Imperial.....like holy hell. His grand plan was a super army, OF HIMSELF??!?? Like dude needed to go.......also I hope those revolvers like blasters are Mando's new standard guns, those things hit hard and sound AMAZING!!!
this is why the clone army was superior. they went through the child phases while the imperials keep going for instant adults. the kaminoans knew their craft.
but then at the same time, i love that Gideon, inside a powered armor suit, with several deployable weapons, as well as a flamethrower, grapple cord, and several other fun toys, had the audacity to say "Mandalorians are weak when they lose their gadgets." Like okay, fight her unarmed, 1 on 1, in street clothes, and see how it turns out for you.
Remember, you can't be certain Gideon is ever gone now because clones have been established. The one that died may have been a clone that was not force sensitive. There is no way to know where the real Moff Gideon is located.

Okay this what I learned from other sources. "The Spies" is in reference to the Book of Exodus when Moses chose 12 men, one from each of the tribes. They were to scout, or "spy" ahead to see if it was safe to bring everyone out of the desert and to the Promised Land. The Spies found the canannites there. In the same way Bo asked for 12 volunteers to help her find the great forge from both Mandalorian tribes. And they found the Empire occupying their promised land. But this was a great cut once again by Jay-Two-Oh. Wonderful splicing of all the reactions to really make you feel the excitement at all the right scenes. And I had a good laugh at "But who are the Spies?" and the Patreon supporters being listed under "The Spies." Again, great humor. And much like a steering wheel attached to my crotch, it Drives Me Nuts when I see other channels dumping on this season. Sure it wasn't perfect but these videos show it was still a good season and a lot of fun.
Does anyone else think that the Moff Gideon that was on the base was NOT the real Gideon? He was way stronger than I remember, and he looked and sounded different. I think he was giving them the Queen Amidala treatment. He didn't have the force, but he was much stronger. The real Gideon is prolly hiding until all the mandos are gone.
I think they showed the several incidences of people trying to attack the beskar with fire to show how fireproof it is. Plus Gideon’s was beskar 2.0. and mecha. His entire body was covered so I think that he survived the fire and was able to jet out of there while everyone was else was focused on escaping. And there’ll be an fighters or whatever flying about for him to board.

However, I still love the hell out of this show, and I'm looking forward to more adventures with Din Djarin and Sir Din Grogu. 7. *This is the Way* 8. (15:35-16:10) *GOAT* 9. (18:21-18:27) *For Mandalore*
Why are you saying goodbye to Giancarlo Esposito? Tank 7 was empty and Dark Trooper Gideon was missing Moff Gideon's mustache like all the other clones.
i just wanna say THANK YOU, Johnny, for these reaction compilations!!! It is such an amazing way to watch the show(s) almost like for the first time! Thank you so much!!!
If Din's going back to bounty hunting, he's going to need a bigger ship. Unless he's planning to bring all of his bounties in "cold" and just put their heads in the Droid port.
Star Wars is MARKED by what the role of a father figure is: the absence of a father, the loss of a father, someone meant to be a father figure but was a brother figure instead, being the child of a father who has done great evil, and being a father figure who has deeply wounded someone like a son (the guy’s nephew, in the case I’m thinking of)… …perhaps one of the reasons “The Mandalorian” has resonated so hard in and outside of Star Wars fans is because, for the first time, we have a protagonist good father figure, someone who came into becoming a good father. And this scene tops off this part of the journey by officially adopting the child as his own.
It was such a beautiful finale!!! Thank you so much for these god-tier reaction mashups! I feel like that ending was satisfactory for the mandolorians and especially the Din family. They have 3 seasons worth and now it's time for the other Star Wars shows to pick up the story. They won't be gone and I know they'll be showing up at Ahosoka's show and there is still more to come for the mandolorians.
Say what you wanr about this finale, but the action was freaking outstanding. And our 3 heroes working togethwr is everything! Grogu saving them from the fire is still awesome and Bo lighting the forge while everyone chants for Mandalore gets me hyped every time. She’s Mandalore Kryse now. I always want to yell along. And I’m so glad Din and Grogu are officially father and son now. Though we knew this coming since he went back for him in s1.
I bet once Grogu saw or sensed Gideon last episode he slipped off to hide somewhere so he wouldn’t be spotted and captured again. Then he saw his daddy captured and was like oh hella nah. I really liked this episode. I feel like the whole spies title for ep7 was a bit misleading though. And they just forgot about the ties lol. This episode definitely wasn’t perfect, but overall it just made me happy. The action was top notch and I loved seeing Grogu take a more active role. And Din going full John Wick. I’m glad the dark saber is gone though I wish it was done differently. I think Mof Gideon is definitely alive. That whole situation was resolved too easily. And that end! About freaking time! That end was so good. Kinda wish Grogu talked though. I’m excited to see what they get up to in s4. Oh also Grogu with the s1 callback holding back the fire as his parents protected him. Also very reminiscent of Kanin. And the music was epic!
You don't need trackers on Din and Grogu to know where they are in an IMPERIAL base. You just need CCTV and some fancy surveillance AI to put them on a digital map!
Why do people still think there is a spy? The beskar was from the death troopers armor, not a mendalorian. I guess there might still be a spy, but you can always say that. As of now, theres no reason to think there is one.
I figured that since Mando got R5 to help him on Mandalore, restoring IG could solve Nevarro's Needed-Marshall Problem. And See Mando, R5 is good to have around after all (it felt great hearing in the ep Mando call R5 Buddy). Your Astromech Purchase instead of IG Recovery worked out in the long run {we still got IG-11 back in the end as the Protector we all knew he is!!!!!!} And R5-D4, Welcome to Clan Mudhorn!!!! {as well as technically as Mando's 2nd Child!!!} Off-topic but The season 3 reactions for the mandalorian for talk and eat tv aren't really that worth it now especially since her website that had all of said reactions are all gone due to it expiring
There were so many religious overtones this season. Not saying the producers were trying to push a religious agenda, but the use of the Jewish archetypes were well incorporated into the story. From the Book of Exodus, the Spies of Israel, and the lost people reclaiming there home was well written and beautifully executed. The climax was even reminiscent of the Book of Revelations, with the “anti-Christ” being engulfed in the fires of hell (a similar archetype Disney used in the climax of The Lion King) while Din and Bo were protected by the “true savior”. No matter your level of faith, denomination, or even if you are an atheist, the religious elements written into the season made for some amazing storytelling.
Just goes to show myths have been around long before the modern religions were invented. Stories like these have been told for thousands of generations.
Great finally, had me crying.....the spy thing must have been a red hearing though. I really hope the follow-through with the movie and another round coffee seasons of the Mandalorian😊

Pretty similar to Thrawn. I hope that he takes out Gideon in the Ahsoka series
He is not dead. No way they kill off an epic character who talked shit about Thrawn. Game on as they say.

You summed up how I feel. LOL. I am still loyal to the Din clan as well. 😁😁😁
Why are you saying goodbye to Giancarlo Esposito? Tank 7 was empty and Dark Trooper Gideon was missing Moff Gideon's mustache like all the other clones.
Jajajaja, Sir Din Grogu.
“J20, J20, J20” that’s a bop!
Right??
i just wanna say THANK YOU, Johnny, for these reaction compilations!!!
It is such an amazing way to watch the show(s) almost like for the first time!
Thank you so much!!!
Paz would be proud the know that his son was the fist Mandalorian to be baptized in the living waters since the purge.
9:53 "Tampon Troopers"😂
Congrats on the sponsorship! Love to see it!
Whoa you have your own channel theme song now!! Moving on up in the world 😂 ❤
Its moments like these that make me miss my old man and make remember when im a dad im going to be so damn proud and happy of my kid
You can clearly see when is Lateef inside the mando suit. That capoeira be fine af.
If Din's going back to bounty hunting, he's going to need a bigger ship. Unless he's planning to bring all of his bounties in "cold" and just put their heads in the Droid port.
Star Wars is MARKED by what the role of a father figure is: the absence of a father, the loss of a father, someone meant to be a father figure but was a brother figure instead, being the child of a father who has done great evil, and being a father figure who has deeply wounded someone like a son (the guy’s nephew, in the case I’m thinking of)…
…perhaps one of the reasons “The Mandalorian” has resonated so hard in and outside of Star Wars fans is because, for the first time, we have a protagonist good father figure, someone who came into becoming a good father. And this scene tops off this part of the journey by officially adopting the child as his own.
The Good Dad❤
"yes, grogu, we gotta smoke his ass."😅
Fuck I was doing so well till that dam girl said "Din is his dad" with that raw emotion we all feel, and the tears broke thru ......
Oh such joy to hear , at last, one reactor refer to R5 as “Skippy”
Those of you who know, know.
It's amusing that Grogu might be biologically older than his adopted father.
People whine about this show not being about Din and yet also want Luke to show up out of nowhere…
some of viewer didn;t like this finale episode.. but I'm so happy that OFFICIALLY grodu became his adopted son.. I hope they make another season..
“For Gondor!”😂
Grogu, you can have as many blue cookies as you want.
I hold all reaction edits up to your editing standards. Dude, your editing is better than 95% of the reactions I view. 😎
Mandalorians are literally the best part of Star Wars!
A lot of people misunderstood the spy thing and were looking for some traitor. I knew the Armorer wasn’t a traitor.
9:45 the tampon troopers are back at it again
I'm dying. now that's all I'll call them from now on
Awesome The Mandalorian Season 3 finale Johnny o Dell keep it up 😀😎👍🤘❤
Love the credit music
You don't need trackers on Din and Grogu to know where they are in an IMPERIAL base. You just need CCTV and some fancy surveillance AI to put them on a digital map!
Damn i cried just for watching the reactions on the adoption
Why do people still think there is a spy? The beskar was from the death troopers armor, not a mendalorian. I guess there might still be a spy, but you can always say that. As of now, theres no reason to think there is one.
I think that Grogu will be the first Mandalorian Jedi since Tarre Vizsla.
The dude was wearing Beskar power armor - I'm going to need to see a corpse.
No body no foul, ESPECIALLY in sci fi.
Outro go crazy... 🔥🔥🔥
The First Mandalore was also trained as a Jedi. Perhaps that is how he tamed the Mythosaur. It would certainly help.
Crashing an imperial warship into an imperial base classic!
That underground garden was so Beyond Good & Evil
That wasn't Bo that slide and flew off that platform. That was the other girl
Almost forgot, awesome outro song my dude!! J2O J2O J2O 💯🔥
Great finally, had me crying.....the spy thing must have been a red hearing though. I really hope the follow-through with the movie and another round coffee seasons of the Mandalorian😊
07:17 The cat got spooked too :'D Damn clone opening his "ass"
@J2O I REALLY love the J2O theme song!!
if guideon busts out that glass neked
that's the last thing we fucking need
great edit of those two, cause we're all thinking the same thing
Tie Interceptors are crazy. With quad lazer and quad missiles, savage in ever game played.
Well, they finally did it........they burnt up Gus once again 🔥
The Mandalorians undoubtedly didn’t see the imperial ships because it’s not that easy to see them in the clouds.
I LOVE these people!!!! 😭💖💕💖💕 I loved the season 3 ending, but watching the reactions of all these fantastic people had me cheering and crying all over again! SUBSCRIBED!!! 😊💖💕💖💕
