- Fleadh Nua kicks off the 2013 Riches of Clare series- Day 1:
Cyril O'Donaghue, Meabh O'Hare, Blackie O'Connell, and my apologies to Eamonn Cotter (hidden behind the podium, but still mighty). Also, apologies for some of the jumpiness in the video, but happy feet can not keep still when such fantastic music is in the room.
It is so very sad that these fabulous “world class musicians” can’t do what they were born to do which is to play live to audiences from all over the world, due to this bloody pandemic. God how I have missed this stuff in 2020. Hopefully we will all be able to experience these wonderful sessions again soon when the world is rid of this madness! Up the Banner! A Happy and Healthy New Year to you all.

It''s not the "Bucks of Oranmore", it's the "Bucks or Aranmore" - a Scottish tune, loved by all of us here in Ireland. We love many Scottish tunes - "Bonnie Kate", "Miss McCleod of Rassay " and many more. Alban Abú!
Its the Bucks Of Oranmore, AKA, The Bucks Of Aranmore, AKA The Bucks Of Arranmore, AKA The Bucks Of Bohermore, AKA The Bucks Of Clare, AKA The Bucks Of Oran Mor, AKA The Bucks, AKA The Hearty Bucks Of Oranmore, AKA The Hearty Bucks. But the guys playing it will know it as "The Bucks or The Bucks of Oranmore".

I gave bad information previously, no boharan playing in this video. Eamonn Cotter, "blue knee" is a fabulous flute player. Confucius say "Don't put up videos at 3 o'clock in the morning!"
