I am planning to do the PA course at St George's next year, and I started having doubts🤫 what if I suck, then as you were talking through that case history I realised my mind able identify possible causes of her symptoms. That was a good video.
I'm doing the PA course at a different university at the moment! Not sure about the way it is taught at Georges, but I'm sure you will get a LOT of practice with these SBA's 😉

hey man, love the video. I was just wondering whether or not you personally listen to music or anything else when you study? if you do, do you feel like it hinders the amount of work you get done or the amount of information you retain?
I don’t usually listen to anything whilst studying, I feel like it’s quite distracting. On the other hand I like a bit of ambient noise so a busy library or coffee shop is nice
Im a sophomore in undergrad and I JUST took a microbiology final on 64 different organisms that cause diseases in the human body and one of them was EHEC (enterohemorrhaggic e coli) which causes HUS so seeing this felt kind of like a "Sign" i dont know haha, this semester has been SUPER draining so its nice to know how were all united in the educational journey

Your 5th year is a clinical year not an academic one , why are u studying ? Or there will be an end year exams
So what the question was really asking you was "do you know that ECO157H7 is the most common cause of HUS". Shigella can also cause the exact same symptoms as question, but it is much more rare. I didn't realize E.Coli causes bloody diarrhea though so I got it wrong.
Ahh I didn’t know shigella causes HUS too. Tbf some of the questions on passmed are literally pattern recognition
