Great information and yes many of us need help beyond our capacity. I'm going on 4 years now and I make the mistakes that allow VA to kick me back. Ask 10 people the right way to help your claim and you will get 10 different answers. I'm now going on round 4..... so many wasted years.

You lawyers take 20%, Insiders takes 10%. Hmmm....
Both lawyers and counseling companies are needed.

You should not try to blame the VA for the ill will being done by your colleges

Piece of sheet metal hit me in the face on deployment cutting my nose in half (Deviated Septum) obviously leaving a scar that remains. And also causing allergic rhinitis . When i file for Primary service connection due to deviated septum (and it's in my service treatment records) can i also go ahead and file secondary claim the scar and rhintis? Or have to wait till Septum is established first you think? And thanks!

Generally speaking, I think veterans should file all their claims at the same time, especially if it's an initial claim.
