I wholeheartedly recommend Al Walsh! He was recommended to me by a good friend of mine & he helped me get through the VA process. He’s an expert, in my opinion.
Appreciate your take on the 55-year-old rule, as there has been so much misunderstanding. Once you are 55 or over, absent cancer and some other unusual issues, are you pretty much exempt from re-exams?
Hi Sir Thank you so much for all the valuable information . I have a question please , if the VA decided to lower a disability to 0% ,we assume it`s the only disability the veteran has , and has no other source of income . during the appealing process which can take years, will the VA monthly disability pay stop until the appealing process is over or it continues until a final decision from the board is issued ? Thank You
I filed 5 claims all at once
Great information. Glad to see you posting again. 👍

23. But it'll make you crazy and a full time job for quite a while.
Thank you. I've done it like that up to now. Especially with the pending changes coming.
Thank you Matt Walsh.
Great stuff and true. As always thank you for always working with us! PLEASE keep the video's coming.
I currently have asthma as 30%. I filed for 3 more claims and have a C&P exam in 10 days for all three.
Joint conditions are long hard and typically low rated.
Make a vid on TERA. Mistakes V.A. makes. How to correct mistakes.
Great information. Thank you!
I got a HLR @4 months and supplemental @ 2 months . Will filing 2 more claims delay those claims
Are you saying to go ahead and file for a secondary condition of a primary claim that was denied or is in the appeals process?
