This piece is all new to me but I like this.
I feel active, calm, romantic
and then wild and active again in every movements.

Amazing how influential Honegger's 2nd was on a certain generation of American composers. I know that it really blew Milton Babbitt away as a teenager.

1ST. Movement is brilliant - close to Bartok or Hindemith. 2nd. Movement...well, maybe not so inspired. Overall Adler is an interesting composer. Still waiting for new pieces.
