- Find around 70 Ancient Debris per Hour with these Easy Ways! Netherite can be hard to find so here are my 2 favourite easiest way you can find it. One method required only a pickaxe, other requires also TNT.

Tip: Don't do the TNT method in the basalt deltas as basalt is much more blast resistant than netherrack so you end up with smaller tunnels and much less debris is uncovered.
You can but u would need a lot of tnt I know from experience

True
Or Manual Mining, as that’s not instant mine, so it’s a more excruciating process.
I learned this the hard way after setting up a long tunnel of TNT in a delta. Don't be like me, do it under biomes without basalt for best results.
small tip for anyone: if you have mending, you don't need to constantly refill ur durability in the overworld. just farm the nether quartz. they give a good amount of exp and helps your pickaxe last a hella long time.
It's also good for crafting essential redstone components, like observers and comparators.
@@blerst7066 and also for decorations like blocks of quartz
this is completely true, i went mining and when i came back up my pick was on almost full because quartz gives so much xp

2:15 A tip to save TNT's: do this same method, but don't add TNT every 1 block. Leave 3 blocks of space for each tnt you place, so you save and the tunnel gets bigger. The only problem is that it takes a little longer for the tunnel to form, but it's worth it. Hope this helps!
man wish i read this comment before i wasted an entire stack of tnt, basically worth a couple hours of afk gunpowder farming, so its not too big a loss, ill just watch some anime or something.

whats the time difference? im gonna do it today
@@ProdLesto if you got a flame bow, barely any time difference with lots more effeciency, other wise just a few minutes longer id guess because the tnt tends to fall which causes you to relight the next in line. i personally aim for around 2-3 blocks between, but you dont have to be exact.

Edit: Im impressed with the amount of poorly thought out responses Im still getting months later. It’s common knowledge at this point you can figure out chunk borders by doing math equations and lining yourself up on-top of those spot in game. You aren’t special by knowing this information.
The method of mining ancient debris shown in the video is only slightly faster than the bed method in theory because you can quickly see where chunk borders are without any effort in thinking . Doing the math and constantly making sure you are on borders increases the brain effort enough to make this method slow and bad.

Say beds are overrated in mining
Beds are good for early game, just for your basic tools and armor, but if you need more than that, beds can be a hassle in many ways. If you want to upgrade a shulker boxes of pickaxes and shovels, bed mining is a no-go.
@Maximurze oh I am pretty far into my world so for large projects I do, I have a shulker box each of netherite pickaxes and shovels so that I can work continuously for a project without the need of constantly repairing my tools often and making my trip to the xp farm.

A good rule of thumb that I find works well is to place one TNT every 3 seconds or 3 to 4 blocks, it saves resources and the TNT chains pretty reliably while still making a wide tunnel.

You know my first reaction seing ancient debris was "what the hell is this?" Since i haven't played minecraft for so long and haven't played 1.16 then.
My first experience seeing ancient debris was someone in a SMP threw me one I haven't bothered to make netherite for a while until recently. I thought to myself, "this is a weird looking block, but looks fancy, guess I'll keep it." turned out I was holding a piece of netherite in my chest unknowingly. I thought you got netherite scraps off piglins beforehand.
The entire video I was wondering "Why would anyone use tnt? It's so much harder to get than beds." Than I immediately got it when you placed the second tnt
what
tnt gives you time to back up
With the TNT method I recommend starting on y14 or even 15. Also leaving a 2 block gap between TNT is more economical.
thanks

You can also place the tnt with a 4 block gap and it works the same

Hey look, buddy. I'm an ancient debris miner, that means I solve problems. Not problems like "what is beauty?" because that would fall within the perview of your conundrums of philosophy. I solve practical problems.

The one issue with blast mining is you need to factor in the time taken to build a creeper/witch farm and the time you need to mine the sand
Tbf a gunpowder farm is good to have around anyway for firework rockets, and these guys tend to have sand dupers.
Maybe im just a bit lucky, but i never had much problems with getting gunpowder to get lots of tnt, and sand is very easy to get, but maybe it is just me, i have lots of patience, so maybe i just never notice the time it takes for me to get gunpowder, but it sure doesn't feel very long
ive been using wattles bed method, works a treat. esp with xaeros minimap being able to see lava lakes
A bit late but if mods are allowed, sand isn't hard to come by with Immersive Engineering mod. We just put all of our cobbled deepslate and gravel in the crusher to get lots of sand.
no need to mine sand, just dupe them using an end-portal based sand duper

Bed method is the best. I went mining once for 10 minutes, brought 8 beds, and got 9 ancient debris. Beds actually make a BIGGER explosion then TNT, so if your any older than 3 and do the maths then you realize that revealing more blocks = higher chance of ancient debris.
@@kaziahscats well it honestly depends. Since 1 bed takes up an inventory space while you can carry 64 TnT in one inventory spot. So realistically TnT is better, but it’s a lot more expensive than the bed because automating sheep farms and getting wood isn’t as difficult as getting gunpowder in my opinion. I do enjoy the bed mining more because i don’t have to mine in a straight line for like 10 minutes. It’s honestly just a preference.
what about end crystals bc end crystals have a stronger explosion power. when beds have 5 and tnt have 4

Me who literally got a 4 vein ancient debris just by exploding some beds in the first 10 minutes: 👁👄👁
That is just luck, you could get TNT and get the same results. Beds are cheaper, but TNT is much, MUCH faster.
I have a mob farm and basically unlimited gunpowder, so I'm not worried about wasting TNT. But in my experience, Y level 13 and TNT every 4th block is the best. It gives a nice clean cave that doesn't blast all the way down to bedrock (where there are fewer ancient debris). Also, I think when you place TNT closer, it will cause the next one to fall before exploding reducing the height at which it explodes. Finally, if you have chunk borders on, it helps to plan. 16 chunks is 1 stack of TNT.
Me an intellectual: generates a second world with the same seed in creative mode on the second monitor. Fills all netherrack with air. Goes to the coordinates of the ancient debris on the main world.

get good
When you tested the bed mining method, did you use the Gnembon method of blowing up the same area twice for improved drops?
The most efficient way for the tent digging, is to actually place the tnt 5 blocks apart, because, the tnt will blow up under the next tnt and makes the tnt blow up lower and you will go further down, and the blast radius of tnt is exactly six blocks, which is why this works.
Me: using this method.
Friends in my minecraft server: hax
OH MY GOD THE TNT METHOD IS REALLY ADDICTING!!!!!!!!
i reccomend to everyone if you are collecting a lot of basalt/blackstone as a building material, use netherite strip mining strategy you will get more build materials AND EXTRA ancient debris
Hohoooo realy thank you ! You listened me for a video about finding netherite
But can you do a tutorial for Ilmango's and Ray's Works' methods please ?
Even with 70+ ancient debris i have , i still use my stone tools
Yes to save your tools from breaking LMAO
I use my Fortune III Iron PickAxe just for breaking ores
Not gonna lie , this is a efficient method
We can just use 3 stones to break 420+ other stones instead of using 3 netherite ingots just for 69.420 diorite
bruh
Bruh what
I did the TNT method and didnt get as much netherite as you because I forgot about the chunk borders, but me and my friend in total got about 15 ancient debris in 30 minutes and we are so happy so thank you! ^^
Hey Shulkercraft! Could you please do a tutorial of a sorter for non stackable items?
Is it real? (sry 4 bad eng)
@@SmyZikEZ Yep i' ve saw in a video but the guy didn't explain how to do it and it was kinda Hard
@@SmyZikEZ yes, but it can only sort water, lava and boats from everything else
The wither was affective for me. Note: This is after I already had full netherite with prot 4 so this may just help if you want a netherite beacon, it also breaks the netherite so you have to watch out to make sure you don't lose any
This method works SOO WELL I got 33 ancient debris in JUST 30MINS using this method (I used the TNT one) as I also made an op gunpowder farm using you guys's tutorial LOL at this point u guys are running my world
I used 2nd way and just found 30 ancient debris in about 25 minutes 😀❤️
We used the bed method and got netherite on everything within an hour
Edit: TNT is the best method but it’s only good if you have a creeper farm and have easy access to sand
Have access to sand? lol its everywhere
Bed is best if you know what you're doing
what about end crystals
for the second one, you can also place the tnt every 3 blocks and it works almost as well. if you wanna save tnt
I'm so happy this video wasn't 16+ mins because I wouldn't have watched otherwise
Shulkercraft: bed is the worst method
Me using the bed method: 😐😐😐
it is tbh its way to slow
man do i love your videos, i remember when i was building mob farms, when i saw yours it helped a lot, and so does this help a lot as i never find netherite
Imagine mining for 50 minutes using this method and not finding one piece of ancient debris, but only basalt deltas and black stone
Pixielriffs already tested this, using end crystals, tnt, beds, and regular pickaxe, it turns out tnt and beds are tied and pickaxe is one of the worst methods to find them. But not as bad as end crystals, witch found 0
not mentioning that he did the bed method at a higer y leve which caused him to expose the lava ocean each time if he went down 3 more blocks he could've spent less time blocking lava and more explosions aka more ancient debris also he didn't finish testing the end crystals
I mean I think the main issue people have with the beds is dealing with the fire after the explosion which tnt doesn't leave and just being dumb and being killed by said bed lol. I think it's why in the end mining manuel is prob the best since a lot of people just be dying.
Sakura Xavier yeah I use beds and TNT it gets me about 4 ancient debris every 2 min
This man should have subscribers in millions he is so intelligent I have seen his most farm and they are always useful
*"The bed method is the worst"*
Me who found a stack of debris with 20 beds: 🙄
Edit:- No omg TNT is wayyyyy more better
I call caps, BIG caps
64 with 20 beds, means you got all minimum 3-veins every bed, with 4 of them being 4-veins, or you got multiple veins with QUITE A FEW of those beds.
@@swordzanderson5352 I still do feel i was very lucky
@@Sciencedoneright EXTERMELY lucky
@@swordzanderson5352 yeah maybe i'm too lucky idk
Y’all doing it wrong. A few months back, Raysworks came up with an incredibly easy and basic tnt-dupe design that can find you double-digits of ancient debris in minutes. It’s fast, efficient, and you don’t have to do ANYTHING, except for move the machine when you’re done with that spot
To be fair, a lot of people do consider duping, including tnt duping, to be cheating. So not everyone is going to be willing to do that.
@@Missingno_Miner but Mojang is ok with it
@@enderlovesbagels101 I wouldn't say they are ok with it. They have called an uneasy truce after the technical community kept finding new ways to dupe TNT within days of it being eliminated.
@@brianpmack they allow it because there’s nothing else in the game that can accomplish such task of making a crater
Thanks man. Gotten about 30 in a half hour. Not bad. Bedrock edition. Just used chunkbase to find chunks and from there it's easy to keep track of where to go in your head.

X to doubt
Yeah beds actually instant blow up but high risk pf death
@@kapa_nitori not if you play it smart
@@kapa_nitori if you just put a block between you and the bed and watch your health and hunger, you’ll be fine
@@trashstorage1468 you have no idea, i have already achieved netherite without dying in the process, because i kept my leg hitbox as hidden as possibl
@@kapa_nitori same. i personally like bedmining because it is cheap and make things a bit more interesting and occasionally challenging.
I have been using beds for this the past few days, and it is pretty good. I have died multiple times, but you can detonate them with minimal damage by peeking around a few blocks. I might start wearing armor, and/or using fire resistance potions.

Lmao poor, bed is for early game
@@harshitxanime4310 not really, if you wanna waste resources you can but dont say beds are not good for endgame it hurts I am playing in a single survivel world for like 6 months and still I use beds to farm it is fun in the og way, for me and most others bed is the best way
@@bhaskar7731 i said they are bad cause they are
Reasons:-
1. U cant make a chain of it's explosion
2. Inventory management problem
3. Takes much much more time to mine in an strip than tnt
4. Makes fire after exploded which causes lag and sometimes hides the debris in fire
5. U get very less debris
6. Can sometimes kill u for accidentally clicking
U can avoid these problem with tnt, i recommend building logicalgreekboy's 75000 gunpowder per hour creeper farm its the type of gunpowder farm in which u will never need any more creeper farms its also not that hard, if u cant build it in a perimeter for any kind of reasons build it on deep ocean with no land near it. Trust me u will forget about the stupid beds after this. the creeper farm might be tricky but its a one time investment which will help u very much
@@harshitxanime4310 ok bro, I will also build it, you know I have 4 normal creeper farms above ocean lol spectacular view, I will surely build this one too

thanks for this i got 213 ancient debris in 3 hrs by tnt digging till world boders : D i subscribed thanks again
I literally just use my duping machine 4000 it generated me 1000+ netherite blocks over night
