We get different varieties (red, brown, cream colour) of rajma in the market .have tried but have not got the exact /perfect consistency of rajma while cooking. Some rajma's which are fresh ones not old but still will be very hard even after soaking for hours together and even after 12 whistles of cooking. Pls show us the tips n tricks of cooking it and the best quality of rajma to buy .
