This is a hit for sure, video is so good. These girls can dominate any concept. They all look gorgeous as usual.
They have so many catchy parts in this song. They sing awesome and the raps are their best yet IMO. All 7 killed it.

The forever part is so stuck in my head🔥 it’s because I love that nostalgic vibe it… they choose that for surprising some people and they mainly did, but some don’t like it, cause it’s a matter of taste. And that was a risky, cheeky but really creative move and I love it. The structure of that part is well inspired by from 80‘s or something and that’s a genius move… and that part is actually not the main chorus, it’s the post chorus👍🏻

The lyrics in this one in the rap are really deep and well written compared to the others… they are not bragging in this and they deliver the flow.

I'll say I'm not sold on Forev-ev-er-ever line in the chorus. Not my favorite but I loved everything else about this song. Not a stan for them but this is getting me there, honestly. Everything about it, video, visuals, vocals and songwriting. This is a personal preference level up.

Man I knew what you mean. I love Baemon so much. But you never know the YG legendary history. The fandom expected so much since debut. You should react to 2NE1 debut song 15yrs ago "Fire" and rewatch Blackpink debut song 8yrs ago "Boombayah" and "Whistle". Considering that's how YG debut. Tbh "Batter up" isn't near that level of successfull debut. Just to let you know, for the fan, YG doesn't create just grilgroup. They create legend. That's why some inpatient fan felt disappointed.
