If they believed it was Ginni, the Dems would have had the FBI (or whoever would arrest her) at her door with machine guns, tanks, etc. It's the "Democrat Way."

Alito needs to speak up and notify the Marshals of the ldentity of the person that he suspects to be responsible for the leak, and why he suspects that person. That’s a good start for an investigation.

I think that only Congress would have jurisdiction by way of an impeachment proceeding. Possibly, there might be some legal theory whereby the Supreme Court could charge Garland with contempt of court. It does not appear, however, that any avenue will ever be pursued.
If the FBI can hunt down people that visited the Capitol on Jan 6th from videos and pictures, they can hunt down the people that actually committed crimes in front of the Justices homes.

If you listen to Alito's words, it sounds like he thinks an actual Justice may have been the leaker because he said, "Would I do that to myself? Would the five of us have done that to ourselves?" If it turned out to be a Justice, then that person would have to go and should be stripped of any legal title, and prosecuted. I have always suspected the Sotomayor camp.

I think that would be taking a huge risk. The age old adage, "follow the money", may be the best bet in finding the leaker. I mean, how much would the left-wing news pay someone to leak something so contentious? Checking all of their bank accounts, including spouses, would be a good start, if that hasn't already been done.

The protestors basically do fall under Title 18, Section 1507 of the U.S. Code, which was enacted in 1950. Under this law, it is illegal to picket or parade in front of a courthouse or a judge’s home "with the intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing any judge." punishable by $100 fine or 1 year in jail. So pick your poison...arrest the protestors OR arrest Trump and many MAGA crazies who threaten liberal judges everyday. You can't have it both ways. BTW, Biden is a Neo-liberal hack and Garland is a Republican rino hack anyway! Both are hypocrites. I give Trump credit for exposing all of that.

The Judicial Branch is 1/3 of our government and to release documents is a crime in the least but releasing documents to the public KNOWING they will be possibly harassed. It is horrendous.
