  • Review of my 2002 CLK - this looks at the exterior and the interior features.
This is a 1 owner car with 45k genuine miles and has no rust! It's cost me very little to buy and is something different to drive around in. What do you think if the CLK? A future classic?

How is condition of this car after one year? What’s your engine version? And still no rust? Unfortunately this is the most common problem in Mercedes from this years. Your car seems to be in good shape!

It's the 200 kompressor so the smallest engine. It's fast enough for me and fuel economy is not too bad. On a run I have had 39mpg but around town 26-28 mpg. Lucky for me no rust but I wash it every week and wax it once a month to help protect the paint. Have had to spend a bit on it this year as in needed a major service and gearbox oil replacement. I love the fact that I dont see any cars like mine on the road.

@@TheThebrocks tkank you for an answer, I have possibility to buy this car also from 2002, with automatic transmission and 163HP compressor. A bit afraid of this gearbox but should be much more convenient to travel. A bit old car with 190 000 miles but maybe it’s gonna be classic like older Mercedes cars which I love.
