    I just ordered the sticks and am just recovering from a periformis sciatica flare up. Would the spine 10-minute begginer videos be the best path forward? Thank you!

      Hi Jondy, thanks for your question. Many of our spine-focused drills can help with a sciatica flare up. The hip drills can also be a tremendous help for that issue. When injuries are concerned, it is best to consult with a medical professional such as a physician or physical therapist. Their expertise can guide you in a careful direction to moving better 😀
