Ive really been trying to get on top of my own health and wellbeing the last few years. I've been testing out a lot of fasting too. But sugar is something I really removed and it made such a difference. (although I still enjoy treats on weekends.....haha)

She doesn't talk about fruits, only fruit juices or vegetables, missing a huge category of food that contain sugar.

The idea that fruit is bad for you because it contains sugar is a misconception. There is a distinction between whole fruits (e.g. berries, banana’s, apples, etc.) which contain glucose and fructose sugars but also valuable nutrients such as fiber, vitamins and minerals and refined sugar such as syrup or or blended fruit juices or shakes. The sugars from whole fruits are digesting and absorbing into the bloodstream at a slower pace than added processed sugars, therefor are less likely to trigger blood sugar level spikes.
@@catmeister6460 I never said Fruit is bad for you. In fact I eat it on a regular bases every day. That's why I want to know about the sugar spikes fruit causes.
Questionable. Most things in nutrition are debatable and not proven. Also are these legitimate, replicated studies in large populations of humans? ALSO, if you deal with reflux or heartburn be very wary of vinegar and no it doesn’t not help with reflux despite what lots of people might say. Please do your research your research first with legitimate sources! And remember that everyone is different. What works for one person may not work for you.
