Can someone tell me..? If strings always needs to be replaced before delivery..Then what is purpose of putting strings during manufacturing of the guitar..? 😅
Looks like they have cheap strings on to maintain tension on the neck while the guitar sits in the warehouse, and put new higher quality strings on before shipping. Also, strings can deteriorate even if nobody plays the guitar if it sits long enough. Its also possible that they give their customers an option of what strings they would like their guitar shipped with, although I have not checked their website
Never good to clip the strings like that, especially if you dont unwind the machine heads exponentially. The drastic change in tension can cause intonation issues and strings can easily scratch the body afterwords. Just all around not a good strategy and youre not saving yourself much time. I didnt find this very satisfying at all.
