(old comment i know) but they nerfed the shit out of seth's stun in usf4, he has some of the lowest stun on his special moves in the game. Unless you're getting max damage, it takes 5-6 mixups for stun (which most top tiers will simply die before they ever get stunned).
Poongko is amazing! Even with all the nerfs Seth went through in Ultra, making the character nearly useless - Poongko's own words, not mine - and yet the guy puts a show like that in the last round... Amazing!

One of them being that Sagat's Tiger Genocide (super) and EX-Tiger knee sometimes actually built meter on the last hit for some reason. There were a lot of weird things, like, I remember someone couldn't do wake up red focus, it just wouldn't work. So I bet, when Seth did red focus, and the Tiger Knee hit him in the wind up so quick, that a glitch occurred. He SHOULD have lost his 2 bars immediately, but didn't. The bigger question is...what if that was standing heavy kick instead of Tiger Knee, would Poongko have gotten a FREE red focus? Probably not. The glitches were SUPER weird. Though, they didn't fix all of them, like how SOMETIMES, with specific characters, if you have cornered Sagat, and go to jump over him, he can do his standing heavy kick, it will go the opposite way, but you'll still land in front of him. Like the models straight up slide around.
Only thing I can think of is the game couldn't register the red focus quick since it was armor broken so it just treated it as a normal focus? Don't quote me on that though.
Manuel Castillo Not sure I buy that. If you look close, you can see the red and hear the noise that indicates red focus. I think there's just a delay on the meter loss.
how do you counter seth's zoning game where he's on the other end of the acreen then all he does is fireball then when his opponent gets near he triangle jumps on the other side then repeat and when he has meter, when you jump, he does the ultra.... that's annoying
EX Tiger Knee is -1 on block. If Sagat presses any normal or throws, Seth's SPD wins. Sagat can beat the SPD with Tiger Uppercut, Neutral Jump or back dash.
Eldo Bliet Yes. He has the lowest health of all the cast and relies heavy on combos. If your execution isn't 100% on point all the time you're going to get a lot of frustrating moments. I'd say he's a character that you either main hard and forever or don't play at all.

Judging by the all of the comments I've read it seems you're the only outlier here who believes the commentators are competent in SF and were "exaggerating". They've nerfed his wall jump distance. Just be ready to uppercut or go air to air.
