I bought one of these cameras a while , without watching your review your absolutely spot on ,and by the way your budgeting needs addressing tickled me pink best review I've watched in ages lol
I want to buy a camera to shoot music performance video at a home studio, Do you recommend it? I want the shooting to be long more than an hour, maybe 2 hours of videos. this is good for this?
I use the Canon EOS 2000D often and I have found ways to improve the video. There is a way to film LOG footage on this camera using Cinestyle. Also, a gimbal will help with stability.
As Sony A6000 soon going off the shelf, it it still worth buying the A6000 or should I get a newer model? I am concerned that they might stop servicing also.
hi, i ve just bought a canon 2000d and i have a little problem. when i take a photo, the display doesn t show what i photo, but only the setting, what can i do to see in real time what i shoot on the display?
High ISO with a tripod? Really? If you had a tripod, you would use the lowest ISO possible to get the cleanest shot possible. High ISO should only be used when you can't get a high enough shutter speed to hold the camera steady (with or without Stabilisation). 1/80th second is not fast enough to freeze motion. The camera probably focused correctly, but shutter speed was too slow to freeze the action, so you had motion blur rather than the camera not focusing correctly. I really enjoy your reviews, but this one was just bad, considering you are a photographer - you should know better.
"High ISO should only be used when you can't get a high enough shutter speed to hold the camera steady " Not entirely true, there are cases where you want to freeze the motion of the subject. Examples are star photography (i.e. you are on a tripod, but still can't afford 30 second exposures since that would show star trails) and macro in dimly lit conditions without flash (you want to be able to freeze the motion of a bug, whilst still being on a tripod). In the case of this cave though, I indeed doubt it has very fast moving rocks thus ISO 100 and slow shutter speed is fine. Also, I don't think he was contributing the 1/80th of a second blurry picture to focusing, he never mentioned that. Especially since he's talking about 'experimenting with shutter speed' I think it was intentional and not meant as criticism for the camera.
Just got this camera. Not nearly as good as my iPhone 11 for video but better for photos. Unfortunately I already broke it since it’s plastic and cheap aluminum and did not take well being in my backpack.
Wow so this genuine camera takes worse photos than a modern day smart phone... I guess you have to spend 1000$ on a camera to actually take good photos.
Nowadays high end smartphones have camera specs better than some mid range DSLR. But when it comes to quality, it's all about the lenses..find a way of how to put lenses as good as DSLR prime lenses on smartphones without losing its practicality, then we're talking
Comparing a $600+ camera to a $300 camera. That doesn't really work. And honestly, there's a very very miniscule difference between the 2000d and the sl2. Definitely not even close to worth the price difference
If you want to take videos on a trip it is always shaky lol you cannot make videos while moving and expect a good result so why is this man tell something which is normal and say a review about the videography features of this camera?? lol
This is like a tv programme you would watch when you are off sick from school
It's actually a TV show haha
I love the humor in this 😂I came to review a camera on my wish list and got happiness as a bonus 😊
Same :)
Came looking for gold, found diamonds
found bronze
Stupid comment

this feels and watches like one of those interesting, well put together BBC programs. honest and interesting, great video!
This UA-cam video feels like a tv show, have you worked in the television industry before? You surely have a big team behind this.
It is a tv show 🤣

This was so well produced and super helpful, thank you! :)
This is the type of video that would be watched in class, but it's not bad by any means!
why you not added link with photos?
What were your settings for the acceptable photos? Thanks for this.

Greents to u that's it have audio. For music videos
what is a gimbal? lol I want to use this camera for videos looks like it has shaky characteristics
Omg. This video is so relaxing and educative... Nice job!
I like your bonus tip. That was really helpful now I'm planning to switch to Sony mirrorsless camera.
Great review. It does look like a very good camera.
Looks very interesting, upgrading from a Pentax K10D. Rather like manually focusing.

hi, i tried both canon and sony cameras and the 2000d wins.
I think so. Is perfect for me.
how the hell do you go llandudno and there isn’t 4 people per square foot?
Is it worth getting it for 160$? I found a offer online and i need to know if it is worth it

I think this is with the software because my dad's old camera also suddenly does this idk why and how to fix it
you just have to press a button near the liveview, in the top right corner of the screen
@@lygo6670 thank you very much!
@@ana-mariamiron2150 You're welcome !
A very valuable programe , thank you .
You got the pronunciation of 'LL' spot on, but the u in Llandudno sounds like 'i' - Llan-did-no.
For beginner who only taked photos on iPhone so far , do you guys think it’s worthy to buy this camera? I am so scared buy one :/
If your going for photography, go for it but if its videography, stick to your iPhone 11 or modern.
Did you buy one? I am also looking forward to
Great production
i enjoyed it. This channel is underrated.
You saved my 400 bucks Sir! Thank you.

@@tHaH4x0r Thanks. You're right. I should have added to also freeze the motion when a high enough shutter speed could be achieved with a lower ISO.
He was in a cave, so high iso does make sense for that, depends how well lit it was. But agree opening shutter if on a tripod will get better results
He used a timer to counteract any movement from pressing the shutter button. What would cause motion blur in that situation?
Should have got the M50 mkii
Not budget now, £519 for the same model and lens
This might be the most wel produces product review i've seen in my life.
Best review ever
Is anybody know that there's Brian May? Guitarist of rock band 'Queen' ?🔥
Is this a actual tv show or only youtube
It's the gadget show. I'm sure it's usually on channel 5
Tv show in the UK
is it possible to connect an external mic
no
the commentary is top notch hahaha
Derserves more likes and views :)
Well now I'm researching the Sony A6000
Just got this camera. Not nearly as good as my iPhone 11 for video but better for photos. Unfortunately I already broke it since it’s plastic and cheap aluminum and did not take well being in my backpack.
Drink every time he says “budget”
Well hydrated 👍
So you can buy a better budget camera for a £100 more!!!! Well that’s not a budget camera then, is it ???? 😂😂😂
'clan-dud-noe' ahahah
Just buy a Sony A6000. Destroys this yet is much older.
Two minutes, three pictures and only bla bla bla.
lol

That's not true at all, take the same photo on a phone and the genuine camera will give you more detail and more leeway in editing
I have this camera and i took beautiful photos of Frankfurt Am Main;) It's a really good camera if you know how to use it.

@Mike Nelson you can't compare a CAMERA with a SMARTPHONE CAMERA. It's a whole new level!
Cheap camera
This video is about good trip and VERY bad camera.
I like Sony more
No to me the sl2 is a way more better camera
