As I always say, you don't need your favourite character or game in smash to validate them as cool or worth liking. I'm so tired of everyone wanting all their favourite things in smash, like can't you enjoy it even if it doesn't feature in smash?
It brings me back! This theme feels so much like their 90s themes to me. That's a great piece of music. And as someone mentioned, it sounds like Sonic (late 90s Sonic to be more precise) combined to Mario Kart !

Such a great track it really makes you feels like your come a long way when you started kof 2003 to this now what a great saga the tales of ash saga is my favorite saga in the kof series with the N.E.S.T saga being my 2nd with the orochi being my 3rd now I know some of you may get your pitch forks and torch at me for saying that but that's my opinion to be honest the tales of ash saga is seriously underrated and really good ash crimson being favorite kof character now I know he can be a jerk at points but he literally save the world from saiki from totaly taking over ashs body but ash is still my favorite.

I think I prefer the final version as it has more coordinated flow and theme but there are beautiful parts to the unused one that I'd want released into the main game - one example being the style of music during 4:44-4:57
her phoenix arrow takes to much her phsyco sword can combo into nearly everything in kof 98 and her comeback is relentless in all games except 13 and 2000
Out of all the KoF's, this is my favorite version of their theme.
