Had arguably the easiest route to the final, and made that look hard. And got fully exposed by Spain, they were on our players every time we were in possession. We let them have too much time and paid for it. To defensive, best form of defense attack attack attack.

I also watched the Argentina / Columbia match who like Spain played their hearts out right to the whistle. Huge contrast to England who were a pale comparison to those three teams in formation, tactics and sheer will to win. That has to be Southgate's last match.

Some of the refereeing in this euro was shocking eg England awarded a pen against Holland when Kane kicked the bottom of the Holland player foot and prior to that Saka hand balled. Germany should have had a clear penalty against Spain,Cucurella
The hand ball was so clear that Cuccurella put his arm out clearly hand to ball .Yes Spain were in the end worthy winners but these school boy error by officials must be stamped out .I'm what's the point of var if you can't spot an obvious penalty.

I don't care that much about football, i follow the WC and Euros and watch the games with my dad because it's his passion, England haven't won anything in his entire lifetime, he's 58, supported them his whole life, after the game he didn't say a word, no anger or shouting or "what if they made changes earlier or started this player instead of that" he just got up wordlessly and went to bed. To me it's just a silly game, but to him who has gone above and beyond with his support his whole life i imagine it's a little different. I'm heartbroken for him :(

If we played with passion and like we wanted to win, in the final and the tournament in general I honestly wouldn’t be disappointed. It’s the fact that it means everything for the fans, and the performance from players for the most part, is like they’re doing us a favour by even being on the books and gracing us with their presence.

Harry Kane is SELFISH for playing through injury. FFS we were essentially playing with 10 men all tournament. He also kept a player in Ollie Watkins who can run in behind and who had 32 goal contributions in the EPL on the bench. I also don't give a damn about Kane's 40+ goals with Bayern, considering the amount of quality service he has on his team and he is also playing in a weaker league than the premier league. He is the most overrated player of all time and has no silverware to show for it. Oftentimes, teams he has played for look better when he isn't playing. Ie. Spurs 2019 UCL campaign. If Southgate and Kane are out, England will be Champions in 2026.
Also the fact that Jude Bellingham spent the majority of the match on the left handside does my absolute head in. Anthony Gordon was rotting on the bench all TOURNAMENT. Why was Southgate so reluctant to play Gordon. WHY did Phil Foden play a full 90 minutes when he was offering NOTHING ALL TOURNAMENT. How did Cole Palmer not get a single start in this tournament. Serious questions need to be asked and for the obvious favoritsm shown to certain players and the absolute waste of brilliant talents like Palmer, Gordon and Watkins who spent the majority of this tournament sitting on the sidelines when we were playing CRAP football.

Spain were by far the best team in the tournament, they defeated highly ranked teams like Italy, Germany, France etc whereas England had an easy bracket & stumbled their way to the final especially with help from the ref against the Netherlands. England are overrated & overhyped….

If England had played with the same passion as their fans showed with their support, they would have won. As it was, they lost to the better team, a team that played consistently well throughout the tournament whereas England played poorly for most of their games.

As an Argentinian I must say that I wanted England to win this euro. It was time for you and more than anything for the Finalissima. It would have been a match with a spicier flavor, Argentina vs England.
They lost because they simply did not play footbal. They are only defending. Kane walked 80 procent of every match. You could follow him with is yellow shoes.
