additional tip for beginners, the combos at the start of the vid are actually best ended with a super (any special move using C) because you will generally always have at least 1 bar of meter
if you don’t do that, they can tech after the last hit of 214a which prevents you from easily keeping the pressure on your opponent
supers generally give a hard knockdown assuming the combo isnt too long
This is true. I just wanted to showcase meter less combos first before I do supers
@@SevySavage imo getting the hard knockdown should be prioritised before damage for beginners but yeah i see what you mean
@@4orinrin That is true, hard knockdowns play a big part in melty
Also note, use 22C which leaves you +4 or use 214C then throw to get HKD

Are these routes nerfed? Forexample, i'm tryiing to do the second combo, with 236a B followup, but i dont get launcher animation after the B ender.
Naw they haven’t been nerfed to my knowledge. Are you doing 2C before 236A?
Yes, I was doing 2c 5c 236a in like the second or third combo example. His combos definitely seem to have strange rules compared to others @@SevySavage

@SevySavage do you have any tips on beating shiki, and aoko with edmond? seems I keep getting outclassed by anything with better damage output/faster hits and combos. Is there anything I can do against them?
