I think the count of mount Cristo has potential but he really seems outclassed by the other dlc character that recently came out.Edit: mainly ushi
He seems outclassed by half the base roster as well.

Idk ushi can't throw full screen projectile destroying beams into hard knockdown with meter
He is a good character. Most tier list have him as a low tier. He is as good as the person playing with him.
Been trying to get into this game but its way too button mash heavy. Going back to blazblue
