I hope so! Thank you very much!
I've only done figures for comission, waaay wasier to pack. This sure will come in hand when I need to pack a completed kit!
Great! I hope it is helpful! Thanks for watching 😀
Very cool. How did you get started in commission builds
Thank you for sharing! Great idea! Any suggestions for shipping out of the country? I have a 1:8 scale custom car i need to ship out.. very nervous!
Thanks for watching! I would say this same method should work just fine - but maybe get yourself a very rugged, thicker cardboard box! Good luck 🤞
You know i been trying to think of a better way of packing mine and i dont know why i didnt think of this way lol iv been using the good old cocktail stick! Undercarriage is normally the problem
There are a million ways to do it! Stressful stuff 😅
What shipping service did you use when shipping the plane?
Tough boxes are the key. Conveyor impacts cause the damage.
For sure!
I'm about to ship a 1/48 Sukhoi Su-34 with gear down and full munitions loadout. You wouldn't believe (well, *you* probably would) how much I'm stressing about it.
Oh it's definitely stressful! Good luck - I've had success with this process though, so hopefully it's helpful!
Why would anyone pay someone else to build a model?
Some folks don't have the time / want to give one as a gift 👍
It's very time-consuming and requires skills that most people simply don't want to develop. Your question is along the same line as "Why would you buy a painting instead of just painting the picture yourself?"
