I would say neither is accurate. The bgg reason why is that Zillow, Redfin or anyone other website don't know the inside condition of a home. Which is a huge factor in value. The algorithm that they use doesn't take into account the condition of the property. The absolute best way for an estimate is just reach out to a real estate professional such as myself who can look at the recent sales of a neighborhood.
