I just have a few questions, 1 im diabetic and I have to take an auto injection. Do I need to remove the auto injections in a different bag to be x rayed or can they go in with my meds? 2 I use a lunch box to carry all my meds and supplies. Would I still be able to use that as my med bag or would I have to pack it in a different bag?

Hi! I wouldn’t remove them just because I like to keep all of my medical supplies together. You want them handy for emergencies on the plane or in the airport. Never pack them in checked luggage!
I’m sure the auto injections are safe to go through the scanner, but it’s your right to keep them in your medical bag.
As far as I know, you can use any type of bag as a medical bag. I’m sure a lunch box is just fine. To be certain, you could call the airport to check their guidelines.
