Mrs.Rohini Sindhoori is an inspiration to everyone not just females. Yes for females she is a role model. I watched her interview, where she was asked, why she chose IAS over her Engineering job where she will be designing boilers. She was clear with what she wanted to do for the rest of her life (probably most of the females will, i guess). She said she did not like designing boilers for rest of her life. When someone presented her with an option of civil services, that got her attention and rest is history. I envy (in a positive way) her for clarity in her thinking. I wish all Indians think like her and choose a profession of their liking so that they can be 100% productive and happy.
