Some UA-camrs are willing to ruin a poor guy's reputation with no concrete evidence so that they can make a sensationalized video for views. The guy is just trying to make a living, to say he robbed them and posting his face on video without his permission is a little extreme. Thank you for standing up for the little guy, your one of my favorite channels in Cambodia.

All for $3.50, which he offered to return and he also gave them all of the change he had. Strange way to rob someone.
Robber: Hello Sir, I'm here to rob you.
Victim: Can you break a $50?
Robber: sure here you go. If you want to find me just contact the booking app you used. Bye......
      😮😢
It's so stupid only they could make out they were robbed.

A find Khmer people extremely friendly & honest. Those people you showcased in your videos were goofs. They should have done a little developing-country research before they hit the Cambodian streets. For one, when you go to the market, be prepared to barter. They come high, you come low, & you meet somewhere in the middle. When they start out with a high price they not trying to rob you. With Tuk Tuk drivers always make sure they understand where you want to go. Then agree on a price beforehand & if it's too high, barter him down. If you are not happy with the price or the driver doesn't know where you going, just politely walk away & ask another Tuk Tuk driver. There are usually 20 or more Tuk Tuk drivers on each block. Also carry the correct ride amount. The guys make about $10 a day so they never have change for large bills.

Good advice. Their hotel should be able to tell them how much the ride would cost and they should have the correct amount for them. They should do a little homework and sensible planning.

They just sound like wingers to me. Sensodyne is an older toothpaste that has always been more expensive. It's special function is that it hurts less when you have sensitive teeth issues. I'd like to see them trying to get an intermittent electrical problem in their car fixed at a Cambodian mechanic. That's my pet hate as even if they speak English, Cambodians aren't great communicators. They still don't like to 'talk too much'. Bag snatchers are in every country and probably less here than most places. The most dangerous thing in this country, is the roads.

Many don't have the inquisitive and open mind needed to travel the world, but that doesn't keep them from buying the ticket. The sad part is that people like these two scholars are also filming it and spewing undeserved hatred for thousands to see. This duo of trailblazers are only in it for the clicks, aren't providing any value and in this case, could surely affect the livelihood of a working man because of a misunderstanding and an obvious lack of preparation. This old quote of disputed origins sums it all very well: ''"Great minds discuss ideas. Average minds discuss events. Small minds discuss people."' Great vid. People come to Cambodia and have a wonderful time except them couple. Their mission to make Cambodia a bad reputation. 1st driver the museum authority tell him not to park there so he went out to park and wait for them. The couple come out choose 2nd driver. 2nd driver keep looking back because the wheel are small it might hit a bump or curb or obstacles. When you sit in the back passenger side you will see yourself but if you sit in driver seat the mirror you see you will see the road. A car is retangular, mirror you see is different from the 3 wheel vehicle triangular shape. Driver have 2 phones is normal some sim work in one part of Phnom Penh and does not work in other part or area. I too have Smart sim and Metphone on diferent phones. Their first video crossing Cambodia thai boarder. The couple could not read an English sign that say Foriegner up stair second floor and Cambodian national go straifht; they choose to go straight with Cambodian national that why they have to pay that fee.

You just need either USD or Cambodia Riel. I recommend Riel though, because sometimes they can be picky about the quality of the USD notes. Plus, if you pay in USD you'll often get change in Riel. The money change booths here give really good rates, so don't be afraid to exchange your currency in Cambodia.

LoL.. They would throw away a couple of dollars on tshirts.. but run around complaining about 10 cents for toothpaste. :D. Poor Budget travellers. They go on their high horse always thinking everyone is out to get them.. and at the end of the day.. when they see that they've gone over budget.. they automatically think they were robbed and scammed instead of thinking "shoot.. maybe I should do laundry and take showers".

They are all about the Clickbait thumbnail and they don't care who they hurt. I hounded them about this Vlog, they didn't care about the Tuktuk driver at all. I eventually got them to admit the Tuktuk driver said he had their money and was more than happy to return the $3.50. They are the worst!

I think they were a bit over the top with their comments. Cambodia does has its issues though. I was walking ahead of a group in Siem Reap and some dude fell in next to me asking to see my passport pretending to be a Policeman, and then insisted we go to my Hotel to get it when I said no. As I turned to talk to my Cambodian partner and our guide he disappeared instantly. I Have been approached several times by real Police asking for money when I have walked away from my group at Temples.

Of course Cambodia has problems that Thailand hasn't. This has nothing to do with Thailand. It is about the D'bags Clickbait title, and the zero F's they showed for a persons reputation over $3.50. Money he said he would return to them, not something a robber usually does. The worst thing is they never put that fact in the Vlog.

Get serious “Rob” as an informal term means to be over charged. Taxi and Tuk drivers. Don’t rag on this couple the are just sharing their experience. Everyone is a critic. If you want to criticise someone start with Israel for killing 14000 innocent children.
